Fantastische Erfahrung: For me one of the best boxes in Munich. The trainers are well trained, have long-term contracts and are not mini-jobbers qualified through a "weekend course" as is often the case in other boxes. For me as a trainee, this means optimal support, which is extremely important in this type of sport. The class sizes are manageable, which also speaks for the good quality of care. The Corona rules are strictly observed . There is enough equipment for everyone (which is also not a matter of course). The programming is varied and yet demanding. Another point I would like to emphasize is that the box is sustainable and there is even a charging station for e-car drivers. There are also enough parking spaces for everyone else and for the cyclists among us there is a covered bike rack

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very well equipped box! The trainers are all well trained and understand their job. The goal here is not only performance, but also health. Uncomplicated booking of hours and useful programming! I've trained in many boxes - including in Munich - and that's where I'm best looked after. Despite the good equipment of the box, it has not lost its crossfit charm! No matter if German or English - the trainer explains everything!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super CrossFit Box with a fabulous team! I've tried different boxes in Munich for a few years and I'm super happy with EO! In particular, I'm a big fan of the coaches Jessica and Michi, who both convey the joy of CF in addition to very good technique. Especially during my pregnancy (until well into the 9th month) I felt particularly comfortable with it, as the WODs were both technically sensible and still were a lot of fun! Unreserved recommendation of the box, and especially if the focus is on sustainable or more balanced training.

Fantastische Erfahrung: This was my second time in a Crossfit class and was absolutely thrilled. The dynamics and the people are just amazing and thanks to the trainer I managed my first double Anders. A great recommendation for everyone who really wants to be pushed to their limits and learn the techniques of Crossfit. :-)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Had my trial session last Saturday. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and how everyone was so friendly and welcoming especially coach Jessica. She was very considerate of my fitness state during the training and provided translation to English to make sure I understand correctly the exercises. Thank you Crossfit eo and looking forward to my next sessions.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great box! A great, nice and competent team of trainers who recognize their own goals and specifically address them. This is extremely motivating and makes working on yourself more fun and getting ahead every now and then.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Best CrossFit Box in Munich!

Fantastische Erfahrung: It's really a good Crossfit Box, I've started visiting it half-year ago and tryed 3 Munich boxes before it, this one is best in terms of available space, equipment and facilities. I'm doing here Open Gym trainings and they have a lot of slots for that and space even during classes, my wife taking part in groups here and it's really good experience - they do have groups for novices, people who want to keep form and advanced ones as well as personal trainings. I can strongly recommend this place if you are looking for crossfit box in Munich.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The box is in a good mood. Primarily times because one is physically challenged. A REHA is not that. The coaches are competent and pay attention to the technology. I have been in various boxes and have achieved the best physical results so far. If you want to be uncompromising, you are right here.

Fantastische Erfahrung: A great box with great people! Competent trainers, nice crossfitter and mega equipment. I particularly like the well-thought-out training plan - from Crossfit, Oly and Fitness to Gynmastics to Open Gym, much more is offered than pure WODs. If you suffer from limitations after injuries like me, this is also the right place for you: Individual sensitivities are dealt with!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very good box with very well trained and competent trainers. The training groups are small (max. 10 people) and the training atmosphere couldn't be better. Can only be recommended to everyone!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super coaches who take their job very seriously! We train in mixed groups with beginners and absolute fitness cracks, who all have a lot of fun doing sports together. There is a really good atmosphere in the box with great equipment and nice people. I love going to Crossfit-eo!

Fantastische Erfahrung: After several failed attempts to do sports permanently, a friend recommended CrossFit eo 3 years ago. Booked the first hour and I was immediately impressed after the training. Since then I've stayed with it. My mobility has improved enormously, posture, strength and endurance too. The trainers are super nice and motivate to push yourself to the limit (even if I'm a bit hopeless). Training in a group helps and is fun. I can only recommend CrossFit eo!
