Fantastische Erfahrung: I have known Spieker Fitness for many years. Whenever I want to visit a studio, this is my choice. Everything is uncomplicated, friendly, the atmosphere is informal. All ages are represented and everyone can feel comfortable. The boss is personable and always there when someone needs something. Here you can train if you are brand new and need support, but also if you are an "old hand" and can manage on your own.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Anyone who was in this studio years ago and is now looking back will notice an extreme development. The studio is not a pump booth, or an old men / women hangout. The studio is easy for everyone There are various courses in the fitness area, various rehab sports lessons, a cardio area, a device area, a dumbbell area / machines that are loaded with discs and there is a sauna and an infrared cabin. Still, the studio is not a luxury temple and it shouldn't be. In my eyes it is more like a second home, as you have probably noticed over the past 8 years.
