Fantastisches Erlebnis: Here you learn from professional athletes! I signed up immediately after my trial training. We were trained by the former boxing professional Willi Fischer. The training is fun and the community is very familiar! There are numerous martial arts and fitness courses led by professionals and very experienced trainers. Whether martial arts or fitness, here you stay in shape with a lot of fun and develop further. I can recommend it to everyone!!!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: My trial training was outstanding, I took part in the boxing training and signed up directly. I would not have expected that I would be trained there by the former boxing professional Willi Fischer. A mega privilege to be trained by professionals. The trainers of other courses are also very competent. I can really only recommend Athletic Zone. There is something for everyone professional martial arts, cross training, fitness, sauna. I am happy and can stay in shape with a lot of fun here. :-)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been practicing martial arts for 4 weeks. I lost 11 kg through personal training. I'm totally thrilled. They also have a great introductory program for beginners. The hygiene concept is great!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Review of my trial training (BJJ): - Contact via Facebook went very well, you get answers to all your questions without a long wait - Arriving absolutely problem-free, 5 minutes after you have left the motorway, you are already there (beware of speed cameras in the village) - Very nice "management". Ali is a very friendly and communicative person, with whom I felt right at home. - The rooms are bright and clean. No dust mice in the corners, the changing room free of dirt and the mats also looked very clean - The training itself was really great (BJJ). Professor Ortiz is a very personable person with an obviously incredible level of competence. He took me straight to the side and explained the basics to me in private, then I was allowed to try it out and was given practical examples to show him the explanation again. Unfit as I am at the moment, I ran out of breath the next time I tried it with the others. Not one of the other participants disturbed it, everyone was very understanding and motivated me. - As already briefly mentioned, the people I met there during the training are all very nice, understanding and helpful. Everything looks very familiar and you feel immediately welcome and valued regardless of your physical circumstances. Conclusion: My trial training was just brilliant, it was a lot of fun and I will continue to train here. Should you have any doubts, you can confidently throw them over the board and arrange a trial training, you will not be disappointed ;-) Absolutely 5 stars! * Sebastian

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Very good coach, family atmosphere, all very helpful. You can also train very well outside the spa times. Top maintained and good selection of sports food. 5 stars, more than deserved.
