Park Hotel Fasanerie Neustrelitz

Fantastische Erfahrung: We recently stayed at the Hotel Fasanerie for a short break (4 days). Admittedly, we were a bit skeptical in the light of the opinions expressed here, so that we were actually only pleasantly surprised. But then we were too! The staff turned out to be friendly, the room as clean and well decorated and the food as high quality (from the menu of course better than the half board from the buffet). We arrived with a holiday-plus voucher (night with minimum consumption), and unlike other houses, it was easily possible to dispense with the given menu and to have the price credited to the a la card order! One more comment on the location: The hotel is located on a moderately busy crossroads on the edge of a larger park with an amazing Fauna and Flora seen from the terrace. The classification to be read in another expression of opinion as industrial estate can already be described as vicious.

The drinks at the bar are overpriced. The prices at the snack machines are also overpriced. The rooms are very clean. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Fantastische Erfahrung: After some negative reviews we were a bit skeptical. However, we cannot confirm this. I would particularly like to emphasize the always very friendly and competent service. The highlight was a lovingly laid table for us on our wedding day, including a glass of sparkling wine. We felt very comfortable in this hotel. However, we decided not to use the overpriced hotel car park and instead parked nearby for free.

Fantastische Erfahrung: We were there from Friday until this morning. All in all we are very satisfied. There is a lot that is good but also a lot that is not so good. Let's start with the good: + The staff are all very friendly. + Everything is easily accessible even on foot + The breakfast is really extra class! + We actually had drinks with us and could consume them on the terrace. + For smokers in the outside area everything is fine. + Yesterday evening there was a big event/private party. Even then, it didn't bother anyone that we sat outside and drank our wine and beer. Everything completely uncomplicated! Now we come to the slightly negative: - Cleanliness. The bathroom had probably "round corners"! The mirror wasn't really clean either. But those are just little things for me. We didn't find any hair. Of course, you can also see what the room looks like in advance if you look up what you are booking on the internet beforehand. - Not enough sockets in the room! There are lamps everywhere and not a single one is plugged into a socket. Of course, that doesn't help at all if there are hardly any sockets. Even if you have to do some work on the go to connect your laptop or cell phone, there are simply not enough sockets. At least that's how it was in our room. Otherwise we were really very satisfied, the parking spaces are monitored by video and can only be opened from the inside with a remote control that you have a key in the room. I don't think €12 p/d is excessive. And if we complain about the expensive prices for the cocktails and drinks at the bar, he does the same thing as we do and gets the drinks from the machine, a 0.5 l beer costs just four euros. And I think you can certainly afford that on vacation. We were also able to consume these drinks outside as normal! If we ever come back to the lake district, we will definitely check in with you again. We liked it.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Rooms clean and cosy. The staff is very nice! The breakfast had a great selection, fresh fruit every day. In the evening there were very tasty dishes. Were there for several days and felt comfortable. Thanks once again.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The hotel is so beautifully located, lots of green space and a big pond that has a great frog concert! Ideal for families and also as a starting point for day trips to nearby towns and to many beautiful lakes. The food was great and the service very courteous.

Positive Erfahrung: Vernünftige Zimmer, leider ohne Kühlschrank. Sauber, aber leicht angestaubt vom Ambiente. Nettes Personal. Preise für Abendessen, Cocktails oder Bier, Hund völlig überzogen! Unter dem Strich gibt es keinen Grund nochmals zu Buchen. Wir machen Kurzurlaube mehrfach im Jahr und haben überwiegend ein besseres Preis/Leistungsverhältnis erlebt..

Fantastische Erfahrung: We had booked over Christmas and had a very nice couple of days. The room was very good, the food was great, rarely had such a rich and varied breakfast. In the evening the menus were very well chosen. Kudos to the staff, always nice and friendly. Keep it up !

Positive Erfahrung: Gemütliches Hotel mit guter Küche, Zimmer mit Standartausstattung. Die Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr schnell. Das Hotel eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Mecklenburger Seenplatte - zu Fuß, per Rad oder auch mit PKW. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Fantastische Erfahrung: We stayed there for a week in June and received a very nice welcome The room was clean, as was the bathroom. The mattresses were a bit too soft but NOT worn out. There was no minibar in the room so that something could be cold in summer temperatures. Breakfast was a buffet, it was plentiful, varied and tasty. The rolls were sometimes even warm. In the evening there were 2 warm menus to choose from with half board, beforehand with soup and salad, which was also a buffet. There were also various desserts to choose from. We found the drinks a bit too expensive and the daily parking price for a parking lot that is only secured by a barrier was quite expensive. We enjoyed our stay very much, the only drawback was that there were bread rolls from the day before on Sunday, which you really shouldn't offer.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I want to complete my rating. I didn't think it was okay that a 0.4 liter beer for dinner was € 5.90, just like a bottle of wine cost over € 7.00. I found the parking fee of € 9.50 per day a little incomprehensible if not outrageous.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The Poyal Inn Park Hotel Fasanerie is a nice quiet hotel in Neustrelitz with adjoining park. Our room was comfortably furnished, very bright and the bathroom was a good size. The kitchen of the hotel was excellent cooked and there was always a large selection for the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. There was always a fish and a meat dish with different side dishes in the evening. In the hotel bar was a pleasant atmosphere and the cocktails were delicious. The staff was friendly, helpful, hardworking and always accommodating. Since the reception is open 24 hours, we could also take a longer trip.

Fantastische Erfahrung: This hotel was wonderful we made our honeymoon here and loved it. The staff was like family so relaxed and informal but always correct you unfortunately only rarely in hotels. Some things are not working though, but apart from a floor lamp, there are plenty of other light sources in the room, so you're not in a darkroom, even if the radio does not work, you can probably use other music sources in this age! You can also spoil the holiday, if you start, always and everywhere with a magnifying glass to look for problems! I'm on holiday there, I do not want to live there! Only the WLAN is a bit annoying, because it is too weak in the room to use the internet throughout! Works completely only in lobby, bar and restaurant! Maybe the management can come up with something! So stop complaining and enjoy your free time! Life is too short to spend it in displeasure!

Fantastische Erfahrung: We are very often on short trips and I look at reviews beforehand. By traveling very often, one has experiences how this and hotel-related reviews are to be perceived. I don't know this hotel from staying overnight, but I was there years ago to pick up a friend who was staying there. I didn't notice anything negative and she was very satisfied. You can tell from the spelling whether or not you are a fundamental nagger comment, or justified criticism, which may well have its origin, is present. Complaining about fees and prices etc that can be viewed in advance is incomprehensible. We will be visiting this hotel for 3 days in the next week and I am excited to see how our impression will be :-) Addendum: we are leaving tomorrow and can read the negative reviews not understand. Friendly and good service, the rooms clean, The food was nothing to complain about and the buffet with plenty of choice. You can always find something if you are after it. Some like to eat spicy, others mild, some like to sleep on a soft mattress, the other on a hard mattress. Some would like a lot of offers in the hotel, others in the area. and it could be continued indefinitely. You can't please everyone. Therefore you should leave the church in the village. By the way, we had no problems with the wifi and the TV was also nothing to complain about. The size of the room, by the way, also not. The suspicion arises that they are looking for a needle in a haystack in terms of the complaints.

Then the room, blanket and bowl was already ready. If you have a big dog, you should bring your own. The rooms are really stale, but not bad. Cleanliness acceptable. A little dust on the top shelf. The workforce is slightly stressed, but very friendly. For extra praise from me. The dinner was awesome fish or schnitzel, both cost. I say, full marks. Delicious! The welcome coctail, green meadow spiced up, was already in the price. That was a good ending. Little sadness the minibar really is missing. Would be great for fresh dog food.
