This opportunity also gave me the opportunity to get to know Mattias, an ambitious young trainer who I really liked and who gave me lots of tips and taught me new exercises while I was creating the training plan. The equipment is state-of-the-art and offers features such as dual training to prevent imbalances right from the start. There are 2 massage tables available for a good rest afterwards. Saunas, a relaxation room and an outdoor terrace follow on the upper floor. The changing rooms are large and spacious. Not only do you get standardized training plans, e.g. B. for beginners to get started, but also targeted, according to the respective needs, which is important for advanced users and unfortunately not available in every studio. Personal training can be booked for a small "surcharge". With the new "EF Digital" app, which was launched in March, you can change course plans, stored training plans and data quickly and easily in the future. The latter also works unbureaucratically by email to the studio. Questions could be answered competently and the togetherness is friendly and relaxed. And if you want to isolate yourself socially, there is free WiFi for your cell phone ;-)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: So I signed up yesterday and I'm thrilled, just had a trial session yesterday with Christian, that's his name, and he accompanied me the whole time and showed me everything, not only the competent advice on the training but also the nice, friendly, yes, almost I was very impressed by Freund's moderate handling, so the decision was simply to sign up. Fantastisches Erlebnis: Today was my first day. Super clean studio, everything from the newest and very tidy. Great staff, very friendly and super attentive. My trainer in particular, he calls himself Jonny, is a great trainer, very competent and courteous. He took a lot of time for me and explained everything very well. After a heart attack and a 5-fold bypass operation, it is not so easy to find your way back to the usual strength and endurance that you have almost completely lost. But I think I'll get help here, even if it's going to be a very long way. Jonny, thank you for the good past and the motivation for the future. Stay healthy tomorrow we will continue.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Before I signed up, I really had the typical "gym bias" but thought, "You can give it a try with what's on offer." It was simply the best decision! You feel super comfortable, everyone is competent and nice, the equipment offers a huge range of possibilities! But the most important thing for me personally is the atmosphere and it's 1A. All of my prejudices vanished into thin air and, thanks to easyfitness Soest, I now have a new hobby that I find very fulfilling. THANKS!

Christian made a training plan with me that is fully tailored to me. After knee surgery I want to get fit again. In the meantime we have expanded the training and it's just fun. He was very friendly and met me on a friendly level. I think the monthly contribution of almost 30€ is reasonable because everything is included. The gym is spacious, bright and equipped with many interesting and different machines. I'm already looking forward to training at Easyfitness.
