Not only do you get standardized training plans, e.g. B. for beginners to get started, but also targeted, according to the respective needs, which is important for advanced users and unfortunately not available in every studio. Personal training can be booked for a small "surcharge". With the new "EF Digital" app, which was launched in March, you can change course plans, stored training plans and data quickly and easily in the future. The latter also works unbureaucratically by email to the studio. Questions could be answered competently and the togetherness is friendly and relaxed. And if you want to isolate yourself socially, there is free WiFi for your cell phone ;-)

My trainer in particular, he calls himself Jonny, is a great trainer, very competent and courteous. He took a lot of time for me and explained everything very well. After a heart attack and a 5-fold bypass operation, it is not so easy to find your way back to the usual strength and endurance that you have almost completely lost. But I think I'll get help here, even if it's going to be a very long way. Jonny, thank you for the good past and the motivation for the future. Stay healthy tomorrow we will continue.
