Fantastische Erfahrung: Came for an intro class. Michelle was an amazing teacher! She makes you feel so comfortable and had such a gentle voice. Pole is such a great workout for the entire body even if you haven't exercised in a (very long) while. The studio was very clean, cute, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for whole body workouts that are fun and unique.
