Fantastisches Erlebnis: the classes are small, the space is beautiful, and the instructors are wonderful. i've been taking reformer pilates classes for several years and also tried almost every single studio available on classpass and within the ring in berlin. this is my favorite, and one of the best--the instructors are not only knowledgeable in general, they're also attentive to individual needs.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Extremely skilled instructors, small groups and a beautiful space. You always get personalised feedback and corrections that do improve your practice. Can't recommend more!

Every class feels like a private session - the instructors give everyone attention and make sure you feel comfortable while pushing your limits! The studio is clean and intimate and the instructors are friendly and not intimidating at all. They get to know you as well and understand your goals and abilities! Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Super nice Pilates Studio! Very professional, kind and understanding teachers as well as good range of classes (mornings and evenings). The owner, Daena (also great teacher) constantly monitors the quality of teaching and bookings to ensure best experience. I started my adventure with pilates here and to be honest like it more than yoga now ;-)

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The studio and the teachers are amazing and lovely. I have been attending to the different trainings since last year. The studio is lovely and cozy. You will find there all what you need and you will feel comfortable and to be yourself. All the equipment is in perfect state and always sparkling clean. The classes are punctual and meet the description and there is a good variety of classes and schedules. So even in the busy weeks I have been able to attend at least once per week. If you are not sure which class is the best training for you on the test hour you can ask the teachers and they will guide you.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I started my path with Pilates in the The Base Pilates studio almost 2 years ago and I cannot imagine my life without going there. The teachers are exellent and carefully selected and the enviroment and location of the studio is simply great. They keep going with innovative exercices and new machines which make you feel your progress even faster. Totally recommended!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Have taken classes with Daena. She was great at understanding where I was at physically at that point, my strengths and challenges and pushing me to do more. She’s also full of knowledge and a super kind style. Added to that a lovely studio.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I’ve taken a range of classes from Mat 1&2 to Eldoa and I have really enjoyed each one. Each teacher I’ve had has been lovely! They’re kind, empathetic, have loads of experience and push each student according to their ability. Most classes have no more than five students, so it feels like you’re really seen. The studio itself is intimate and cozy, a small dressing space and well kept bathroom. 10/10 recommend!
