Negative Erfahrung: Unfortunately I must give a low rating. It is a wonderful gym with good equipment, good hygiene as well, and overall friendly staff, but your time there depends on who is working. At times, I will have younger employers who are very nice and let you lift without making a fuss out of it. I asked a younger guy there if I needed to use anything special to lift and he just said no and to enjoy my lift. Super nice! But then, any employee in their forties or approaching that age will automatically gravitate towards you and tell you that you have to change something about the way you lift or to not do it at all. It has the perfect equipment and space for lifting, but it is not lift friendly. About A month ago, I was lifting pretty controlled, volume training at something like 90kg for 10, when mid set, I'm stopped by an older lady that's telling me, not that I was loud, but that I should be careful being loud. In the middle of a set... Really? Come on. Then I was lifting 120 Kg the other day, controlled pace, restructuring an old injury of mine, not slamming or screaming, and I was told that I needed to use pads to protect the floor. I guess the padding that's already on the floor is purely aesthetic. Three times now I have been stopped, twice in the middle of sets and it's not only dangerous, but also just upsetting and disturbing to the flow of someone merely trying to workout. The gym is really a place of peace for myself and most likely others, but the constant pestering about weightlifting is really sad. May not resubscribe to this place sadly, because I really do enjoy it besides that. Would recommend if it weren't for lift phobic employees.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Habe mich Anfang Juli angemeldet und ein Probetraining absolviert. Bin von einem sehr netten Trainer an den Maschinen akkurat eingewiesen worden. Er hat meine Fragen geduldig beantwortet. Ansonsten ist wirklich alles da was man zum Training braucht. Die Maschinen sind alle modern und die Atmosphäre ist gut. Sehr grosser, luftiger und freundlicher Trainingsraum. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Hier noch ein Update nach zwei Monaten. Was mir wirklich gut gefällt, hier läuft kein lauter Kirmes-Techno, ist alles sehr unaufgeregt mit normalen Leuten und vor allen Dingen gibt es keine aufgeblasenen Mucki-Selbstdarsteller. Gefällt mir sehr gut, dort zu trainieren. Update 2: da ich zur Zeit eine Schulterverletzung habe, kann ich nur eingeschränkt trainieren. Die Trainer haben mir gleich mehrere Übungen gezeigt wie ich die Schulter schonend trainieren kann damit sie schneller heilt und was ich auf keinen Fall machen soll. Klasse

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Modernes, sauberes und gutes Fitnessstudio. Die Fitnessgeräte sind neuwertig. Die Trainer:innen sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt. Es macht Spaß hierher zu kommen. Passt Alles!
