Corona rules are observed. devices are good. There are drinks too. The only thing I would wish for would be extended opening hours. During the weekday from 7:00 a.m., for example, you could also offer two days from 6:00 / 6:30 a.m. for working people and at the weekend instead of 10:00 a.m. also 8:00 / 9:00 a.m., so that you could still get something from the day day has. Otherwise really great concept!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super tolles Fitnessstudio! Bin froh, dass es so eine Ausstattung und so ein Ambiente hier in Bad Vilbel gibt. Preis / Leistung passt einfach. Corona Regeln werden eingehalten. Geräte sind gut. Getränke gibt es auch. Das Einzige, was ich mir wünschen würde wären erweiterte Öffnungszeiten. Unter der Woche ab 7:00 Uhr könnte man z.B. an zwei Tagen auch ab 6:00 / 6:30 Uhr für Berufstätige anbieten und am Wochenende statt 10:00 Uhr auch 8:00 / 9:00 Uhr, damit man noch etwas vom Tag hat. Ansonsten wirklich großartiges Konzept!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have only recently been a member of the Loft and can fully recommend the club. Very good parking and a great atmosphere in the club. Actually, I recently just went to the loft to find out more, but the professional advice and the real friendliness of the owner Christian immediately inspired me and I became a member. After a few training sessions, I can say that I have not regretted the contract. The audience is very pleasant. Patrick's boxing course (on Tuesdays and during Corona times also via Zoom) is highly recommended.

Fantastische Erfahrung: First of all: I've been here for almost a week and I'm really pleasantly surprised. After moving from Frankfurt and a longer break from training, I was just looking for a gym in Bad Vilbel. Since I have been doing fitness for about 12 years now, 10 years at McFit (and have seen some studios), I was still pleasantly surprised when I found that there are even more and better machines here. The price-performance ratio is simply the best in Bad Vilbel, no comparison with Clever Fit, MCFIT & Co. The owner greets you here and you feel welcome. There is also the possibility for my wife to buy a 10-card for irregular visits. P.S. There are also sport courses and saunas, and that from € 29.99, so really great!

Fantastische Erfahrung: We just moved to Bad Vilbel and looked at various studios. The Loft won us over right from the start. Very bright large training areas and clean changing rooms. We do not use the sauna. The devices are absolutely great and some of them are triple. All in all, the package was just right. The only minus point is the drink flat rate, which is subject to a surcharge.

I've been a member for 2 1/2 years Unfortunately I had a recurring severe herniated disc in mid-December 2019. At the end of March I wanted to try to train again despite the pain, although I thought that I could no longer avoid the operation, so to speak, my last attempt and I did not expect it to be successful. The studio operator personally showed me which exercises I should do. What can I say, the first 2 weeks the success came only slowly, because the basic muscles had to be strengthened again first, but afterwards it got better and better, after about 3 weeks I was able to stop taking my pain medication. Today I am almost completely pain free There are 3 devices there, which in my eyes played a significant part in the success. Basically you do device-based physical exercises and thus strengthen the deep muscles of the lower back as well as the lateral and even abdominal muscles, I hope I have now explained this correctly: P In any case, the 3 devices have contributed a large part to my recovery. All in all highly recommended.
