Positive Erfahrung: Nice equipment, very spacious

Fantastisches Erlebnis: My shoes got stolen. Staff was very helpful and worked very hard to find the person who stole them and get my shoes back. Shout out to SrA El Strata, Mr King, and Mr Bulley

Positive Erfahrung: It's pretty good, I love the amount of stuff to do, I do wish the assisted pull-up/dip machine was the one with the knee pad those work way better

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Small but you can do what you need to do there!

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Newly remodeled fitness center. Full court basketball. Saunas in the locker rooms. Plenty of equipment and a fancy new stretch machine.

Negative Erfahrung: a gym on a military base that is only open from 11am-7pm Mon-Fri, and isn't open at all on the weekends... so it isn't open before work, and good luck getting there after work, let alone getting any workout in before they close. and no weekends! so useful for a military base it should be renamed "Dependants Fitness Center," because it is useless to active duty folk. if it was possible to give 0 stars, I would.

Negative Erfahrung: Under renovation as of Feb 1st

Positive Erfahrung: They are closing for a year starting Jan 24, 2022. Gym is mostly located on the outside of their basketball/volleyball court.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: One of best fitness centers in KMC area. Fully upgraded weight lifting and treadmills. Updates: The Gym is closed down due to renovation since 24 Jan. Looking forward reopen next year.

Negative Erfahrung: They wont put the basketball hoop down

Positive Erfahrung: It's a military fitness gym. So you workout. You do need to register your ID though because there's no front desk workers. Oh! And there's a sauna.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Love coming here to workout since it's not overcrowded when I come. They have plenty of squat racks and lots of free weights which is my preference. Lots of machines to choose from here as well. Highly recommend going here.

Positive Erfahrung: Alle nötigen Geräte sind vor Ort und in gutem Zustand. Man kann im Aussenbereich auf einer Trackingbahn laufen gehen. Man hat auch die Möglichkeit Basketball zu spielen. Wer keinen Basketball dabei hat, kann diesen beim Personal vor Ort ausleihen.

Positive Erfahrung: Opens at 9 am and closes at 1800.

Negative Erfahrung: Too hot at times, but not bad. Could be bigger.

Positive Erfahrung: For the area this is a great gym. They have a full cardio/ weight machine room and a free weight room. Full basketball court and outdoor track. Not the best gym out there but plenty of facility to meet anyones needs.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Small gym but has enough to get a good workout in. Beware tbe high school is near by and they too also want some gains.

Negative Erfahrung: Stick to the fitness centers on Ramstein, because this one is in dire need of renovation and expansion. Very small for a gym that is offering its services to at least three military bases near it; it's pretty crowded during peak hours. There isn't any equipment other than the free weight room, the treadmill room, and the random equipment in the auditorium area. Just about everything looks dirty (the locker rooms don't even have scheduled cleaning times) and old. The staff is friendly however. All-in-all, judge this book by its cover. The outside alone looks rundown, abandoned, and just plain sad.

Positive Erfahrung: It's a gym... And it's open 24/7. The building is about to collapse at any time from looking at it. The inside is kind of cramped and equipment needs to be replaced or reorganized. The bathrooms are a fail/after thought... Staff are friendly and do the best with what they're given

Positive Erfahrung: I love the place for being that it’s close to me and they have a sauna but I do believe it needs some renovations. Some stuff was ripped and some were broken and chipped. Also their weren’t enough mirrors around their free weights their are lots of times I use them to make sure my form is correct so I don’t hurt myself. Yeah I can feel it but by that time it’s to late. The men’s locker room bathroom kinda stunk like manure. The nicest and newest thing in their was the sauna though and the water filter fountain. I think if their were some up grades or fixes on the equipment it would definitely be a nicer gym. I know with budgets you only do so much but if you were going to fix anything that would definitely be the stuff at least what I found to be wrong.

Positive Erfahrung: Small area with very little room to work out and bathrooms are ALWAYS dirty

Negative Erfahrung: One of the worst gyms I've workout in at a military base deployed, stateside, or overseas. Free weight area is small with old worn equipment. The whole setup of the place is just weird and you can tell it was just thrown together in a gymnasium for lack of another location.?

Positive Erfahrung: Love that I can workout after hours

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Probably one of the best military gyms I've been to. The quality of equipment (considering free military gym) vs the size of the actual gym are astonishing. They have a little bit of everything, small rogue set up for xfitters, weight room with db's up to 150, 2x flat/incline bench and 1x decline, a couple leg presses, 2 rogue free racks, a standard 3/4 power rack and also a rogue wall mount apparatus. There are a few cable machines and a bunch of hammerstrength as well. Full basketball/volleyball court, track and cardio room/spin room and an additional cardio room. Again, for the size, this place really "has it all". 24hr access available for registration during normal duty hours, great place!

Positive Erfahrung: weight room is small and usually packed if your close to ramstien go to Southside gym much bigger and better
