Fantastische Erfahrung: This is an excellent rope for all levels of skippers. The weight it has because of the materials it is made of, make this rope amazing. You can really feel the rope, where it goes and what happens to it. That allows you to have a great control of it. Not mentioning that this is a forever rope because of its quality. I have used a wide variety of ropes before. Including some other very good ropes. But none, none has the same weight that this rope has. If you are eager to learn new tricks, this is the rope you need. Not mentioning that Mira is an amazing inspiration as a human being and skipper. Cheers and keep on skipping!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I bought Mira's rope last September ( I believe). It has now become one of, if not, my favorite rope. I really love it. I've used it almost every day since I bought it. It's a great rope. I also had the opportunity to meet Mira in person at a jumprope meetup. She's awesome; very friendly and kind and she was willing to help everyone get better at jumprope. Fantastische Erfahrung: I got the WATE ROPE a while ago and I really love it. It‘s handmade in Germany, the wood handles feel well and the overall clean look (I‘ve got the white/translucent rope) suits my taste. After setting up the length for me I started to learn the first small tricks quite easy. Keep it up, girl!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Gestern fand für unsere Kindertrainingsgruppe ein Workshop mit Mira statt und ich bin so begeistert! Der gesamte Workshop war strukturiert vorbereitet und aufgebaut. Mira war dabei super motivierend und schaffte es, auch die noch etwas schwächeren Springer mitzunehmen und verhalf ihnen zu Erfolgen. Ihre Art ist so positiv und inspirierend! Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell und alle übten im Anschluss direkt weiter. Ich kann Mira als Coach nur weiterempfehlen und hoffe, noch häufiger die Gelegenheit zu haben, mit ihr zu trainieren und von ihr zu lernen

Fantastische Erfahrung: Am letzten Samstag konnte ich beim Tag der offenen Tür im V8 Sportstudio in Bruchköbel an Miras Workshop teilnehmen. Sie war unglaublich motivierend und hat die altersmäßig sehr gemischte Gruppe echt toll angeleitet. Der Workshop war super strukturiert und aufbauend gestaltet, so konnten wir einige tolle Jumps Stück für Stück erlernen. Spiel und Spaß kamen nicht zu kurz und leider vergingen die anderthalb Stunden (!) wie im Flug. Ich kann Mira als unglaublich nette und kompetente Trainerin nur wärmstens empfehlen! Alle waren begeistert dabei und ich freue mich, wenn ich wieder einmal dabei sein kann. Fazit: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mega Workshop! Ich hab soviel gelernt und es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht. Mira ist mit soviel Freude und Geduld bei der Sache, dass der Rope Skipping-Funke definitiv überspringt. Das Springseil wird jetzt regelmäßig ausgepackt ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mira hat einen Workshop bei uns im Fittnessstudio abgehalten und es hat wirklich große Freude gemacht teilzunehmen.. In nur 1,5 Stunden konnte man als Anfänger super seine Technik verbessern und spielerisch mit anderen dazulernen.. Es ist wirklich beeindruckend wie viel positive Energie und Lebensfreude Mira ausstrahlt. Super sympathisch und dazu noch eine Spitzensportlerin.. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mira ist eine super liebe Person von der man mega viel lernen kann! Beim Meet-up in Frankfurt lernt man coole Leute kennen und es werden coole Challenges & Spiele mit den Seilen gemacht, z.B. Double Dutch. Wirklich jedes Level und Alter war da vertreten! Auch beim Training generell achtet Mira sehr auf die richtige Technik und kleine aber wichtige Details, die einem weiterhelfen :) Das Wate Rope hat eine super Qualität und man kann damit gut neue Tricks üben. Wer Perlenseile also mag ist hier genau richtig :) Danke Mira☺️

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ein einzigartiges Erlebnis! Ich war Teilnehmer beim Jumprope MeetUp 2023 auf dem Skyline-Plaza Frankfurt. Miras authentische, extrovertierte, freundliche und lebendige Art, wie sie uns 50 Springer motivierte, war eine wahre Freude, sodass wir trotz knalliger Sonne, ein gigantisches Training und super Teamspiele, absolvierten. Fantastische Erfahrung: Am Samstag 2.9 war ich auf Mira‘s Rope Skipping Tag in Frankfurt. Fantastische Erfahrung: I joined jump rope meetup 2023 in Frankfurt at Skyline Plaza and I had a lot of fun! Mira is a very nice person and an excellent jumper. During the meetup we tried several jump rope things, and also had some games (that can be used to interact with the other jumpers). We have also been lucky, since the weather was good. I hope to join other meetups again in the future!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mira‘s Tipps sind goldwert. Sie kann auf Anhieb sagen was man verbessern muss. Seitdem laufen die Crossovers wie am Schnürchen. Absolute Expertin in ihrem Fachgebiet und immer hilfsbereit! Für jeden CrossFitter ein Muss sich mal von ihr begutachten zu lassen :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mira war bei uns für einen Gruppen-Workshop bei CrossFit CFD in Nürnberg. Von Beginn an konnte man die Leidenschaft für ihren Sport, aber vor allen Dinge für das Coachen spüren. Der Workshop war klar strukturiert. Fantastische Erfahrung: Seit dem Double-Unders-Workshop in unserem Crossfit geht es bei mir steil aufwärts. Mira hat im Workshop die Technik, die einzelnen Schritte und alles was wichtig ist auf spielerische und sehr sympathische Art vermittelt. Ich konnte schon einige DU‘s, war aber sehr unsicher. Dank ihren vielen wertvollen Inputs und Übung natürlich kann ich nun locker 50 unbroken machen. Ich bin schneller geworden, brauche viel weniger Energie (richtige Atmung, mehr aus dem Handgelänk etc.) und habe nun auch Freude wenn DU auf dem Programm stehen. Danke Mira - echt tolle Arbeit!

Die Teilnehmer waren super begeistert und wissen jetzt wie sie weiter ihre Double unders verbessern können. Fantastische Erfahrung: I discovered Mira’s IG page awhile back and was instantly hooked to her upbeat and positive videos; her catch-phrase slogans, her giving back, and instructions are one of a kind. I ordered her hand made jump rope and as a kid in the ‘80s we used to jump a lot in school. Skipping is one form of cardio I have always enjoyed (along with running and general weight lifting), but as a Tulsa Firefighter (USA) I need to stay fit and keep good conditioning a priority. I am able to that with this high quality rope - I recently ordered the magenta rope for my 10 year old niece who is very athletic also. Great product, great inspiration, great attitude! Thanks Mira!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich kenne Mira beruflich seit knapp 3 Jahren und wir haben dieses Jahr gemeinsam unser erstes krankenkassenbezuschusstes Kinder Seilspring Camp umgesetzt. Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich hab Mira nach etlichen Jahren, nach meiner aktiven Rope Skipping Zeit über ihr Instagram Profil gefunden und sie bei ihrem Springseil-treffen (Meet up) in Frankfurt am Main im September wiedergetroffen. Wir haben bei Ihrem Treffen gemeinsam kleine Seilspring Workouts gemacht und am Ende eine Seilspring-Routine eingeübt. Es hat super viel Spaß gemacht sich mit ihr und ihrer Community zu treffen. Mira ist eine super Rope skipping Trainerin, da sie einem mit Tipps und Tricks super schnell weiterhelfen kann. Fantastische Erfahrung: I spent a day with Mira for a live session and it was great. She gave me good technique and advise and I was able to unlock Double under on that day which was amazing. The session was fun, challenging but not stressful. I also learnt a lot from Mira about other things too. I would 100% recommend Mira.

Fantastische Erfahrung: My review is not a typical one. I found Mira via a friend on Instagram. I followed her because her infectious energy and positivity was a refreshing change to most posts i saw. After a while of seeing and interacting with her posts, I saw how her own rope brand was taking off and that she employs people with disabilities to build the ropes! Her message and cause are both amazing, so much that I have bought a rope just to be donated, to help spread her message of positivity around the world for years to come!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Habe das Springseil über die Internetseite von Mira bestellt. Das Seil ist sehr gut verarbeitet, die Griffe sind 17 cm , also ein wenig größer als die meisten Anbieter. Das Maß ist gerade für Tricks top . In der Verpackung lag eine Karte mit ein paar Anweisungen. Tolles Springseil. Mein Sohn hat sich sehr gefreut, da er auch im Verein Rope Skipping trainiert. Toller Sport nicht nur für Mädels . Das Seil sowie die tollen Video s von Mira auf YouTube kann ich für jedes Alter auf jeden Fall empfehlen. DANKE

Fantastische Erfahrung: Vorab: Ich habe Mira ganz zufällig im Instagram entdeckt. Schnell war ich begeistert und habe ihr gefolgt. Ein paar Tage habe ich ihre Videos gefolgt und fasste dann Ende Dezember den Entschluss zu schreiben. Innerlich sagte mir etwas, warum soll ich einer Profi Seilspringerin schreiben, da bestimmt keine Antwort kommen wird. Doch weit gefehlt! :) Keine 24 Stunden später hatte ich eine super freundliche und authentische Antwort von Mira. Dazu eine Einladung für ein kostenloses Kennenlernen via Zoom. Dieses Zoom lief ganz wunderbar. Wir sind ein paar Fragen durchgegangen und anschließend habe ich bei ihr ein 10er Paket für Personal Training im Seilspringen gebucht. Mira ist eine Super Personal Trainerin im Seilspringen, motiviert unglaublich und holt auch nach dem zweiten 10er Paket immer wieder neues aus mir heraus. Ach ja, ich habe Box Hintergrund. Mein Skills und meine Ausdauer haben sich enorm verbessert. Mira ist super kundenorientiert. Die Online Termine funktionieren super. Mira kann ich absolut empfehlen. 5 Sterne und einen Extra Stern für einen fairen Preis

Fantastische Erfahrung: I’ve had 2 sets of lessons with Mira. She is incredible! So patient and has a great way of explaining things, even with english as her second language. She is not at all patronising and fun too. It must be very hard to teach using zoom, but she manages it so brilliantly. Highly recommend Mira for learning skipping and general motivation!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mira hat bei uns in der Box (Limes Athletik) einen Jump Rope Workshop gegeben. Sie vermittelt mit einer Leichtigkeit die wesentlichen Tipps und Tricks rund um das Seilspringen und konnte auf jeden Individuell während des Workshops eingehen. Die 90 Minuten waren sehr kurzweilig und mega angenehm! Eine absolute Empfehlung. Herzlichen Dank Mira!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Im hohen Alter mit Seilspringen zu beginnen und dann Tricks können wollen, ist für viele ein Widerspruch in sich. Nicht für Mira ... Lachen, springen, sich verfitzen und Hausaufgaben gehören zum Coaching, bevor sich der Erfolg einstellt und man in ein Springerhigh kommt. Das Coaching lohnt sich, denn man lernt so viel über sich selbst ... Seilspringen ist super, Weil man es echt überall machen kann. Update ... Ich habe dieses Jahr durch tägliches Seilspringen und Diät jede Woche ein Kilo abgenommen dh wenn der Sport so Spaß macht, wie Seilspringen mit Mira, schmelzen die Pfunde nahezu magisch von allein.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I could only try out one class due to my bad Internet connection, but even so I really enjoyed myself and learnt a lot in only one class. Even after, I've asked for advice and sent videos of failed tricks looking for tips and corrections, and Mira was always so kind to help. Hoping to have a better connection and place to jump in a couple of years to try it back again. Really recommended!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe bereits das zweite Mal ein personal coaching bei Mira gebucht! Mira geht individuell auf das eigene Können ein und bietet immer auch Alternativen an, wenn es bei einem Trick mal nicht so richtig klappen will. Man spürt direkt die Professionalität und die jahrelange Erfahrung, die sie mitbringt. Das macht Mira unheimlich sympatisch und es ist immer wieder schade, wenn ein Trainingstag mit Mira endet. ;-)

Fantastische Erfahrung: THE BEST TEACHER EVER! I use to have classes with Mira all Sundays during 2020 and was the high light of my week, she was SUPER dedicated and lovely with all group. Sometimes I thought I never could do difficult moves but with her coordinates I unlocked a lot of those moves. So if you looking for a great teach and a special person, Mira is that one!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Wir hatten mit unserem Team alle 14 Tage einen sechsmonatigen Workshop mit Mira. Die Veranstaltungen waren sehr kurzweilig und wir haben verdammt schnell und verdammt viel gelernt. Das Training ist körperlich und kognitiv herausfordernd, die Ergebnisse dafür umso beeindruckender. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen!

Fantastische Erfahrung: We already had 3 workshops with the German National Wakeboard Team with Mira. We have learned a lot and it was always super fun. Mira really cared about tailoring the workshop to our needs! Since the workshop, we use Ropeskipping to warm up for our wakeboard training and to stay fit during the winter. It works great both in person and via video conference :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mira is the most inspirational person I’ve met in a long time! She is patient during classes, and knows how to make it worth your time and money. If anyone wants to learn to jump for the first time or wants to add to their skills, Mira will always be my number one recommendation!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mira was one of the jumpers who opened my eyes to freestyle jump rope. I always had a blast participating in Mira's class. The fun part was that all those tricks that you thought they were undoable, once you took Mira's advise and try them, you will see that they were doable.
Em, you are so so talented and down to earth. You are such a great athlete and I love to see how you improove every day more and more! Well done. Hopefully we meet in person soon for a jump rope retreat in Thailand. ;) Thats would be lit. I keep you posted. ;)
Fantastische Erfahrung: I cannot recommend Mira enough as a jumprope coach! She is passionate, inspiring, creative and super fun (not to mention unbelievably talented)! Mira is an amazing teacher. I learn sooo much in class it's insane, and she adapts everything for people of different skill levels. She has helped me to improve my technique, advance my skills and be more creative with jumprope, trying new things and pushing myself to improve. She is also extremely kind, always checking in to see how practise is going and always asking for feedback on how she can improve classes so they're better for her students! If you're thinking about getting some coaching, DO IT! You won't regret it! :)

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mira Is a great coach plus a great person. She loves teaching and you can tell by the very first session. I did with her 12 lessons and I'm sure I'll ask her to teach me new moves again by the end of the year ❣️

Fantastische Erfahrung: I had one to one session with Mira and I must say it was just perfect. She is very professional and fun at the same time. I loved how she approached our session and guided me through new skills. She gave me great tips how to achieve some advanced skills.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mira has been my coach for a year now. Ive started doing her Sunday classes since the pandrmic hit in August 2020 and thanks to her not only have I lost an immense amount of weight (and kept it off) Ive had an overall positive change in my mentality and energy. My skills and coordination as well as my fitness have drastically improved as well. Mira is patient, kind and very skilled in teaching. Her classes are very fun and I always look forward to continue being her student.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mira is the best all round coach I've met and such a friendly and patient teacher. No one else can deliver to her kind of level of coaching, I was able to do tricks I never thought I'd be able to do in 3 sessions, highly highly recommend for any skill set, you don't get any better coaches than Mira! x

Fantastische Erfahrung: J'ai réalisé plusieurs séances de coaching en groupe avec Mira. Elle est très pédagogue et très professionnelle. Malgré la barrière de la langue, on arrive très bien à se comprendre et fait même l'effort de dire quelques mots en Français ♥ D'ailleurs, c'est en partie grâce à Mira qu'aujourd'hui j'enseigne la corde à sauter aux adultes et aux adolescents. Si vous l'avez vu sur internet et que vous hésitez encore à vous inscrire à ses cours... stop ! foncez ! car vous ne le regretterez pas !

Fantastische Erfahrung: Mira is the queen of jump rope. She's amazing teacher, great coach, unbelievable dancer. Mira has very nice YouTube channel, she's the only one gives great tutorial for beginners and advanced as well, the great there is she gives every Tuesday a new tricks for jump rope. She makes meeting events from time to time and it's really enjoyable, try don't miss it

Fantastische Erfahrung: I joined one of Mira's Jump rope dance classes last year, having just started skipping during lock down. Before that, it was 50 years ago in primary school! It was great Mira is a natural teacher with a passion for jump rope. The moves were well explained, great feedback and very supportive. My skipping technique improved and I had so much fun along with others in the class learning the routine. Go on, give it a go and learn with Mira Good luck Mira, you truly deserve it.
