It’s not easy to find a teacher willing to teach real Ashtanga, but he masters on it. I really wish I could go to his classes every day. Highly recommended!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I had the opportunity to attend to casa yoga and I gotta say that strikes the perfect chord between strength and serenity. The power yoga classes are invigorating, pushing boundaries, while the yin yang sessions offer deep stretches and it is mainly oriented towards reverting the daily bad positions we take on our daily lives from being seated and on our phones for too long. Expert instructors cater to all levels, fostering a supportive community. Highly recommended.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe einige von Pablo's Stunden in München besucht und war immer sehr begeistert von seinen stets abwechslungsreichen, fordernden und spielerischen Stunden. Pablo's Stunden sind sehr traditionell - ich mag seine Art zu unterrichten. Er ist ein herzensguter Mensch und hoffe, bald wieder in den Genuss einer seiner Stunden zu kommen. Absolute Empfehlung!
