Even without teaching the exact Inside Flow formula, Inside Online has plenty of sequences to mix and match that students will love, because they feel good.

Ich habe Yoga vorher praktiziert und hatte immer Rückenschmerzen seitdem ich bei Tint regelmäßige online Klassen besuche hat sich mein Körper befinden um 100 % verändert. Ebenso habe ich vor drei Jahren die Grundausbildung und die Inside flow Ausbildung gemacht. Für mich war es ein Live Changing Moment und erst möchte ich auf gar keinen Fall bereuen. Fantastische Erfahrung: I enjoy tintyoga extensively! There are so many great teachers on that platform. There is one teacher I like. He is a little bit weird, but has a great sense of humor. All in all, five out of five stars, would book again.

Negative Erfahrung: I've done yoga for 50 years and never had I been to a class that played music during the class. At the end, yes, but never during the class. Now EVERY studio I go to plays music all thru the classes, including what I consider to be "radio music" with lyrics and people singing. It's like an assault on my nervous system. I absolutely HATE it but I cannot find a class with no music. WTH happened? I think it's b/c the younger folks cannot deal with silence. They have to have a distraction and in my view music TOTALLY ruins the experience of yoga and it's not 'pure' yoga anymore. It's distorted, distracted and dysfunctional. It makes me very sad that people can no longer be alone with themselves and their bodies without some external distraction. Very sad :(

Fantastische Erfahrung: This online yoga course is wonderful. It gives an in-depth explanation of the beginner pose which are the essential foundation for all yoga poses. I attend three yoga classes a week, and although I am mastering the moves, the yoga teacher does not have enough time to give in-depth advice about each move. This course allows you to practice at home with no distractions allowing full concentration. The instruction videos are a great reinforcement. I would recommend this to all yogis.

Negative Erfahrung: Das war meine erste Bewertung mit damals fünf Sternen: Grossartige Lehrer, die kompetent, menschlich, inspirierend unterrichten und Yoga zu Hause zu einem freudvollen und erfüllenden Erlebnis machen. Leider muss ich mein Urteil revidieren: Die Lehrer und die Unterrichtsvideos für zu Hause sind nach wie vor grossartig, sehr befremdlich finde ich aber die Abo- und Kaufkultur: Selbst bei körperlicher Unmöglichkeit, eine Ausbildung wirklich zu absolvieren, kann man nicht davon zurücktreten (über drei Monate vorher gemeldet). Auch sonst gibt es keine Möglichkeit, ein Abo zu künden.

After I have attended one full class (live online with Young Ho) I decided to take an online Inside Flow Fundamentals TT with TINT Yoga. Fantastische Erfahrung: Liebe Saskia, vielen Dank für die tolle Flow-Show am 25.1.2023. Das Event war super aufgebaut und ihr alle incl. Young Ho seid seeeeehr sympathisch rübergekommen! Der Heartbeat-Flow und die Musik – wie immer – etwas ganz besonderes und super stimmig und ging direkt in Körper, Geist, Seele & Mundwinkel . Das ist es was Inside-Flow ausmacht gegenüber dem „normalen“ Yoga: die Bewegungen die sich oft ganz von allein ergeben wenn man sich hingibt und der Musik folgt. Ein „Tanz“ auch für Menschen die sich – wie ich– eigentlich mit Tanz&Choreographie schwer tun. Und ganz egal ob Wild Thing und Co. nicht perfekt aussehen: mein Körper folgt der Musik, ist Eins mit dem Auf & Ab der Wellenbewegung im Takt 1,2,3,4 / 5,6,7,8 und ist pures Glück. Ganz egal ob Anfänger (dann eben weniger & leichtere Asanas) oder Fortgeschritten: Es macht allen gleich viel Freude wenn man die Inside-Art der Musik in Kombi mit Yoga liebt. Arbeit, Sorgen, Alltag – alles vergessen auf der Matte beim Inside-Flow bei dem man sich lieben lernt (ausser der Krieger 3 klappt nicht ). Ich freue mich schon heute Abend diesen Flow nochmal zu geniessen: Danke für den Link!. Ich flowe oft im Fitnessstudio nach dem Training, dann nur mit Kopfhörern und die Leute sind schon ohne die Musik zu hören fasziniert von den Bewegungen im „Inside-Flow-Honigbad“. Nachdem ich am 6.1.23 in München Inside-Flow vor Ort mit Julia gemacht habe bin ich jetzt dann noch ein Wochenende in Heidelberg und dann nochmal bei Ami in München *freu*. Fantastische Erfahrung: One of the best Yoga website I have ever seen, and I have tried quite a lot searching for the one that would speak to my soul. I was a little hesitant in the beginning because of the cost, but I can now say I have found the ONE. The platform is great(usability and fastness), but it’s the content that is really super high quality. I fell in love with this style (Inside Flow and Inside Yoga) that combines music as a tool to move in a flow state (to me meditation in motion) and with that speaks right to your soul. I also appreciate they are all about evolution: alignment and biomechanical principles of how the body moves have the latest scientific discoveries in mind. Different class lengths, intensity and a great academy for teachers that want to learn more is the variety I have found the in website / app. To me TINT yoga is my new home for yoga and to reconnect with my soul. I did not manage to go through all the videos at a regular pace, so I had to bingewatch, practice and study intensely towards the end. The deadline helped me to actually finish the training within a month, despite "normal life" happening as well. The training allows for a good balance between practice and theory.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich durfte dieses Jahr 2,5 Tage Heartbeat Week auf Kreta mit Joung Ho und Alexey verbringen. Da ging mein Herzenswunsch in Erfüllung. Und ich bin wahnsinnig dankbar für die Tipps und Zuspruch von Alexey, dass ich trotz meiner körperlichen Einschränkungen (versteiftes Sprunggelenk und Arthrose, Hüfteinschränkung durch Arthrose) weitermachen soll. Dass ich mit meiner Energie und Ausstrahlung auf meine Weise es 'perfekt' mache. Ich verzweifel da immer mit meinem Perfektionismus. Ich habe euch erst vor ca. 10 Monaten entdeckt und bin seitdem süchtig. Ihr habt mir mit eurer Energie, Anmut, Spirit etc durch eine sehr schwere Zeit geholfen. Fantastische Erfahrung: TINT YOGA 200Hours Teacher Training is the best yoga teacher training I've ever experienced so far. Although it's in online version, I still enjoyed it very much & having so much fun in learning & practising during the training period. I'm very grateful that I can know about TINT, and its training program. I must admit, things that I learn from this training, are really game changer for me in understanding yoga, teaching yoga, and the art of teaching. Many information from this training really blew my mind, and challenging me to come out of my comfort zone. So many new things to learn & information to digest, and mindboggling as well, but really, I'm enjoying every part of this training. One of the big things in this training is; This is the first time ever I encountered a yoga teacher training with such big dedication & commitment in "Teaching", even this teaching part stands as a single module, and the most challenging one for me. Honestly, I have attended several teacher trainings, and the teaching part takes only a small portion, sometimes just the last 2 days of the training, some are only letting you to see how they teach, not teach you how to teach, and some others not at all. I've been teaching yoga for many years, I thought my way of teaching yoga or leading classes will still be the same. But with this TINT & Inside Yoga training, I'm starting to pull myself out of my comfort zone right away, and sharing yoga in a very different way, with new methods & insights. Fantastische Erfahrung: Great content!

Positive Erfahrung: In this informative post about hip openers I did notice that the statement that there is no rotation at the knee joint. I must respectfully disagree with this statement as it is a hybrid joint and externally rotates (tibia on femur) about 10 degrees in the last 20-30 degrees of extension - this is called the screw home mechanism. This is an important consideration when performing hip openers where the practitioner may sink into gravity, and if they go beyond the hips anatomical limits of range, in regards to rotation, then unfortunately the knee will take up some of that, and eventually this can lead to knee instability and future injuries. So, overall the take home message is the same regarding hip ROM but some comprehension behind it varies a bit. The body is an amazing thing!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Hey their iv always wondered how and the correct way to do a mudra just found this site recently and I'm interested in reading iv always been meditating woth a mudra breathing through my nose out my nose but I have always had negative effects I'm not sure proper way to do it and I feel something is wrong I'm wondering how I should breathe during meditation so I can feel positive energy flow I feel I have blockages and saliva issues in my mouth during meditation I tryed my toung on roof my mouth as well but bad things seem to happen after not sure if I'm doing it right figure I'd ask the proper way to do a mudra and how to breathe well much love hope to hear back ❤️
