Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich kam wegen Nackenprobleme/Verspannungen ins Studio. Nach den Behandlungen ging es mir immer besser. Sehr schönes Studio, gute Therapeuten, freundliche Atmosphäre. Am Ende habe ich mir noch ein Ganz-Körper-Peeling mit Meeressalz gegönnt, die war der Hammer. Meine Haut hat sich danach weich und frisch angefühlt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Lilian and her staff at Legend in Baden Baden are absolutely phenomenal, genuine, fun, and positive with a good attitude. It's more than a gym. What makes a good business? It's when that business treats you as more than someone that brings them business. It's when the owner and staff gets to know you so they can better serve your needs, which in turn makes you a returning customer. These are the standards that Lilian sets and what made me enjoy my time. From the gym, to personal training, to the treatments you can't go wrong. Hands down, this is the gym you should be going to in Baden-Baden, whether you're visiting or living in the city. Stop reading this review and go!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was at The Legend by Liliane Goschy Fritz for Physiotherapie and ended up having reflexology, a facial and coming back for further Physiotherapie, and joining her fitness retreat. This is more of a club and medical spa and the quality and treatments are on a very high level.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been directed to them via my local doctor for physiotherapy. Since they also offer personal training, I am ever since a regular customer in all thing’s health and fitness. Super friendly staff, spacious gym and a post-workout ginger-shot to die for. What makes it even better to me, is that fact that you don’t a membership. Just give them a call and schedule a session. Easy, flexible and very professional.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been on many retreats in my life but post pregnancy my husband and I visited the medical wellness retreat for six days at The Legend by Liliane Goschy Fritz and it was phenomenal. Not only did we have a wonderful break but also the level of service and treatments helped me get the motivation to help me feel fit again. They also educated me to lead an injury free life. If you are in Baden Baden or looking for a wellness retreat I highly recommend going here.

Fantastische Erfahrung: My friends and I went on a health retreat / weekend spa break to Baden Baden as we heard it’s the most famous spa town in Germany We learnt about The Legend by Liliane Goschy Fritz through friends who live in Germany. We bought a weeks package and ended up staying 2 weeks. The fitness it very well organised and your goals are observed in detail. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had from a health retreat. There are no bells and whistles when it comes to gourmet food and exclusive saunas but all the staff are specialists and very professional, on the highest level. We will be coming back next year !

I had a week of personal Training, Physiotherapy, physio massage, workouts with a bodybuilder, the 5 programme, Hypoxic training and they got me back to a point where I had no more injuries. Highly recommend this place. Thank you to the team you were wonderful !

Fantastische Erfahrung: Best Gym I have tried in this city, they offered a one day gym pass on request. So don’t be shy and ask. I ended up having a bodybuilding session with Slava Vulfin. Highly recommend him. Also Silka is an amazing reflexologyst.
