Many different small group courses are offered e.g. yoga Hot iron TRX circle Zumba Those who prefer classic "pumping" can train on Keizer pneumatic devices. Repositioning the washers and weights is no longer necessary. After the training, you can order a drink at the registration desk during nice conversations. Nothing stands in the way of a relaxing time in the sauna. You can also register for a massage.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Natalie and Corinna are very experienced and good coaches. You recognize immediately if you do exercises incorrectly and are always there to correct them. I think it's great that they always respond to the needs of the group. The personal training with Natalie (which I have used several times) is a lot of fun. Due to the very good care, small group size and targeted exercises, the desired success (for me it is losing fat and building muscle) comes all by itself. I'm really looking forward to the opening of the Fitvital Premium Fitnessclub and I can only recommend it! Keep it up!!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have known Natalie for over 8 years, and I am more enthusiastic about her professionalism. I have met other trainers who are not nearly as professional as Natalie. I think the ambience, in this family atmosphere, is more beautiful. Personal support during training is also very good for me from a technical point of view. So all in all, the 5 star rating is more like justified.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been training at FitVital for six months now and can only recommend it to everyone. It's not my first gym I work out in, but the first one that I still enjoy going to after a few months as I did on the first day. The FitVital is admittedly a fitness studio in the upper price segment, but you get a great workout for the money. I prefer that to a cheap gym that you don't go to after a few weeks. The best thing is that you can achieve great training successes with lots of fun (and also with a lot of sweat)!

I am very happy to have found this small group, mostly only 3-4 people are currently training. Just what I was looking for to learn yoga. I also train in a large premium studio at the same time, but I would certainly not have learned all the asanas there so precisely. This yoga teacher goes around and controls! , -) The atmosphere there is always pleasant. There is always a lot of laughing and joking in front of the class. The fact that they (still) train in an attic doesn't bother at all. As a customer, you get next to nothing of the private life of the house residents. Before EVERY hour you will be asked whether you are currently Bring something physically restrictive (for me it is often painful wrists, for others the intervertebral discs) and the exercises are changed accordingly for the day. Where do you have that, except in such a private setting? I feel well looked after all around and am already looking forward to the opening of the FitVital sports studio in the late summer of 2019 in Herrnburg, for which I would like to congratulate Natalie. In short, if you are looking for a friendly yoga class in which, in addition to a good mood and "feel welcome", - even as a newcomer; The well-being of each individual is also very important, FitVital is right!
