Positive Erfahrung: Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces here, so you are practically forced to come by bike or on foot. You could park across the street in the multi-storey car park... Whether you feel like paying €1-2 each time is of course the question... There is a relatively small fitness studio on site with all the necessary equipment including a sauna. However, this is only turned on on request and also takes a little time until it is hot. The staff is polite in itself, but sometimes I find it a bit unprofessional. Some of the tips that are given are not scientifically proven or not well-founded. In terms of price, however, it is the cheapest gym in the vicinity. If you can afford a little more money, you should switch to the loft. You can also park there for free.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I got the chance to train with haschem. Although I had never entered a gym before and had hardly done any sport, it was able to motivate me and increase my stability and strength extremely. The training is always very strenuous, but the successes make you proud and motivating. In addition, haschem always explains exactly the reasons why the exercises are useful and what they bring me for everyday life. He goes into training goals individually and motivates me again and again to go one step further. So I can only recommend the training - no matter what level you start at and how much experience you already have.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was there for a trial training session on April 17th and I'm absolutely thrilled. The employee was extremely friendly and took care of everything very well. The devices are in top condition, there is nothing even remotely to complain about. I will definitely come back and recommend everyone to stop by.
