Fantastische Erfahrung: Large, great box with competent trainers. All the equipment you need is available. I actually train at CrossFit Heidelberg, but since the boxes belong together, there is always the opportunity to train here as well, which is a great bonus.

There is no better community and everyone can simply feel good here, no matter what fitness level they may have; )

Fantastische Erfahrung: Wow! super box Since 2011, this box has developed immensely. At the beginning everyone just threw themselves into the workouts and now the coaches are very specific about your needs. If you also want to get the best out of them, then this is the right box!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great box with great coaches. I actually train in Heidelberg and I'm only for nutrition coaching with Larissa in Mannheim. Nevertheless, you are always given a family welcome and also individually looked after during your workout. I can only recommend the nutrition coaching. Larissa teaches you the subject in a way that is easy to understand and sets you doable tasks. You are challenged but not overwhelmed. Parallel to the CrossFit training, I was able to lose a few kilos of fat and even built up my muscles at the same time. I just feel fitter and better since then. There is no better result!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Highly Recommended! I've been training there for about 3 months, twice a week. I also booked Nutrition Consulting to learn more about nutrition and of course to complete my workout and make it more efficient. I feel increasingly vital and have more fun in everyday life. Due to the insanely large number of course times and course offers, in contrast to normal fitness studios, I manage to integrate my workouts perfectly into my “shift work routine”. The CFRN team and the people who train here are very friendly and helpful. You feel welcome from the first second and are happy every time you enter the box. 5 stars from me. Would give 10 if it were possible!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Simply a great box. First class trained and nice coaches. There is the possibility to participate in a WOD or special classes almost all day long. The equipment of the box is also more than good and there is enough equipment. Every trainee is warmly welcomed here. With additional nutrition coaching and regular goal reviews, you can work even better on yourself and continuously improve.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Well... „People buy people first“. When you take the first step into the box, you will be warmly welcomed by one of the trainers. You get a first impression of how nice and professional everyone is. I was allowed to come for a trial session, a few times and quickly realized that I wanted to be part of the team. The training sessions are varied and the trainers take time for you, every time you’ve got a question. Come and see for yourself - you will not regret it!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The best CrossFit box you could ask for! First class care and support. The regular goal reviews help you set and achieve new goals and the brilliant community motivates you with every training session and it is fun to be part of it! I hesitated a long time before I did my first trial training and that was definitely a mistake! So try it out and have fun!

Fantastische Erfahrung: You walk through the door and feel immediately welcome! The box is well equipped (enough rowers, echo bikes, etc.). The coaches are super committed and always have an open ear. The goal reviews offered are also very motivating for personal development and your own mindset. Not only muscles grow here, but also friendships and motivation ... and one or the other beyond :-)

Fantastische Erfahrung: One of the best boxes I have ever been to! Gregor and his team are very competent. In the box you will find everything, what the Crossfitter heart demands and also enough space. I come here every time I am in Mannheim and always feel very welcome!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I joined this gym in the summer of 2017 after I moved to Germany from the US. At the time, I could speak no German but the coaches and the members welcomed me to the gym with open arms. They all always took care to ensure I understood the WOD and would explain things to me in English. This box really helped me to feel at home in Germany. I love the workouts which are challenging but achievable (and scalable!). I highly recommend this gym to anyone moving here or just visiting. I will miss this box so much! Danke CFRN!

You are quickly and effectively pushed to your limits. The trainers are very nice and super competent. Trial training is free.

Fantastische Erfahrung: This CrossFit box is run full time by a sports scientist and thoroughbred athlete. His expertise in theory and practice can be felt in every structure of the box. Everything is thought through to the smallest detail and individually optimized for each one. I have more expertise (I am a sports teacher myself and have an A-license) rarely experienced. Even though I only trained briefly, I was able to learn more here than in many licenses or advanced training courses in my studies. If you want to take your body or mind to the next level, enter this box. Your body will thank you.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was in town for business for a couple days and decided to do a drop in. Even though I spoke no German, the fellow students and the coach were very accommodating. Vivi (coach) kept a close eye on me to make sure I was doing the movements right throughout the WOD. When I'm back in town, I plan to drop in again. Make sure you email before the drop in so that you get good instructions on the location.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was in Mannheim for business. Dropped in on a Saturday, and it was fantastic!!!! Everyone was amazing and introduced themselves. I was a little nervous since I speak 0 German, but a few of the members were kind enough to translate for me when the coach gave instructions in German. Had a great workout with some really great people. The community here is awesome. I've visited several other Crossfit gyms in my travels and this was by far one of the best ones I've had the pleasure to workout in.
