Very competent trainers with excellent specialist knowledge. At the same time super motivating with a fun factor. Of course, I was a bit skeptical about how a (normal) athlete should feel after 20 minutes. But the training was unexpectedly intense, with a comfortable load. I didn't think that 20 minutes of training would have such a physical impact. You can feel the training and yet afterwards you feel fit for the rest of the day. I'm curious about the effect. It was really really cool with you, it was really fun, I'll definitely be back :-) Super recommendation for all those who want to do sports with a little less time. There are no more excuses here!!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I haven't been training here for long, but my impression is that it is particularly helpful for people with back problems (my training focus). My complaints had absolutely improved after the sixth training session. It is particularly worth mentioning that a dedicated trainer always supports and guides and accompanies the training! Incidentally, the team is invariably friendly and helpful. In short: I can absolutely recommend Tim's EMS in Neuwied!
