Fantastische Erfahrung: Here the training is individually tailored and René (our personal trainer) motivates with his relaxed manner. The clientele is a diverse mix and always in a good mood. If you come without motivation you are usually in a good mood afterwards. The Five deserves a special mention. Here on the surface, the last muscles are challenged and promoted. I can only recommend. If things get even more difficult, René will help with a few hand movements (with great wellness massages). We, that means my wife and I, can only recommend the health temple.

They motivate you when you have a weaker day and with nice conversations they help the training time fly by ... If you prefer to train undisturbed, this will also be noticed and respected. Regardless of which day you train, the mixed age community is always friendly, sometimes quite funny and you have a pleasant training time there!
