Regardless of whether you come for muscle building, to lose weight or after physiotherapy, the staff knows their way around and will help you. Abi made my training plans for me and these were demanding and balanced. Michi also showed me some exercises that I wanted to try and that carefully controlled my execution and posture. With Julia (trainee) I was able to see right from the start how quickly she learned and became a professional. I wanted to build muscle, but had a load on my shoulder. My training plan was therefore tailored to me so that my shoulder is doing well. My nutritional questions were answered professionally and scientifically and I was able to gain mass (in a healthy way). The customer base includes all kinds of people, young to old, beginners to sports freaks, etc. The people are nice to each other and nobody is looked at in a wrong way (not like in other Fittis that I was allowed to experience). Finally, I would like to say that the shop is always clean and tidy. The equipment, the floor, the changing rooms and the sauna are well maintained. Do a trial and get to know people, you won't want to go anywhere else!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have tried many gyms and have been stuck at home for 2 years. Everything is just right for me and you can tell that the employees are motivated and passionate about it. The atmosphere is clean, tidy, professional and familiar, but without being pushy, and you always feel treated fairly and respectfully. The studio is just the right size, it is not so small that you would get in your way, nor so big that it would look like a sports hall, and even if it is well attended you do not actually have to wait for equipment. There is everything you want on equipment, including a rowing machine (important to me), a stair climbing device, a strength endurance circuit, your own barbell department, sauna etc. The customers are, if you can put it that way, much more sophisticated than in other studios that I know. The prices are in the middle level, and there are (as of 2020) tariffs without notice.

The medical care and advice are outstanding, as are the latest measurement methods for metabolism and fat burning.
