After a short introductory talk and discussion of the wishes, a targeted training took place, which showed success after just a few weeks. He always took the time for questions and always adapts flexibly to all new situations, both in terms of scheduling appointments, the state of mind and taking into account the current physical condition. After the training I am always more relaxed, balanced and very satisfied. After this success, I decided to continue training with him. Thanks to his weekly motivation and my ambition, my body is fitter than it was before I was pregnant, which has also reduced my cellulite, which I and of course my husband really like.
