Fantastische Erfahrung: The studio is modern and stylishly furnished, not too crowded but also not empty. The owners have made an effort to make you feel comfortable. There is also a water dispenser available where you can have a drink before or after training. The toilets and changing rooms are always clean and look freshly cleaned. You are always greeted with a smile and you look forward to training. The trainers are very professional and you can always joke and joke with them. You feel right at home. The training itself is varied and I usually have sore muscles the next day. Special training requests are always addressed. If you can't keep an appointment, a spontaneous cancellation (approx. 24 hours in advance) is no problem at all and you can usually get an alternative appointment. I've been training there for almost 5 years now and I still love going there. Therefore 5 stars, it's really worth a look.

The training sessions are tailored to each individual and they bring out the best in you. There is a great atmosphere in each of the three studios. I highly recommend! :)

Professional and impeccable interaction with one another. Flexible with spontaneous acceptance or cancellation of appointments, one is rarely treated so comprehensively. In my opinion hard to beat EMS shop, certainly the best in the corner. Exercise is highly effective and leads to strong muscle traction. The trainers are always in a good mood and very competent, so the training is really fun. Continuous advice and training adjustments mean that you can quickly achieve your goal.

Here you will find top individual training, perfectly coordinated and absolutely performance-oriented. Play tennis yourself at competitive level. I switched to Ems-Dynamics 2 years ago and have since increased my performance class significantly. I can only recommend it - a more effective strength and endurance training is nowhere to be found!
