Fantastische Erfahrung: If only there were more such studios ... the trainers are extremely competent and not just counter staff, but always on the surface and passionate about the job. The atmosphere is very familiar and you are immediately integrated and treated as a newcomer or guest. Nobody is stupidly looked at - from young to old, housewife to bodybuilder, fat to thin everyone is welcome here and the equipment ranges from machinery to powerlifting equipment. You shouldn't let the name “scare you away” - especially as a beginner you are well advised to start here. With personal support, you learn from the beginning how to train RIGHT and you don't have to waste time on senseless or even wrong training. Of course, even advanced learners benefit from the well-trained trainers. (Technology checks, nutrition and training plans as well as regular seminars are included). Not really a decisive criterion, but a nice detail: a music playlist is running in the studio, which was put together from suggestions by members. It’s not everywhere; D Cleanliness is great, there is a “suggestion box” (which is really taken seriously), drinks included, parking spaces in front of the house or in the underground garage. What else can I say ... if I lived in Regensburg I would never go to another studio. Unfortunately, I live too far away, but now and then I come to seminars and subsequent training in PuF (and I always feel at home there). : D

When someone who loved "this sport" beyond measure and was already in countless gyms, I was particularly impressed by the excellent equipment selection at the Power & Fitness Center. Anyone who has ever visited a discounter gym will know how unsatisfactory the devices are there - 60% of the devices are suboptimal in their movement execution, 40% no one needs and most of the devices you would need do not exist. Here it is different: everything you really need is there, there is no unnecessary trash and the movement is more than optimal. This excellent choice of equipment reflects above all the passion of the trainers, who really understood their craft and ensure incredibly good support. The Power & Fitness Center is warmly recommended for both normal consumers and competition athletes.
