Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich habe vor kurzem das Probetraining gemacht und war sofort begeistert. Heute das erste Training als Mitglied absolviert und bin sehr zufrieden. Der Trainer ist absolut sympathisch und achtet darauf das man die Übungen sauber ausführt. Dass das ganze mit Termin läuft und nur 20 Minuten dauert, ist für mich ein großer Pluspunkt. Freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The training is individually tailored to your personal needs. So exactly what I was looking for. Very intense 20 minutes that will save you a lot of time in the gym. Another highlight are the wireless suits, which do not restrict your freedom of movement. All in all, the FlottFit and the trainers are just great and absolutely recommendable!

Individually tailored to personal needs, each training session is a new good experience. The training is always very intensive and successes are noticeable from training to training. The equipment is of high quality and is constantly being expanded and expanded to keep the training exciting, challenging and entertaining. The various possibilities that result from this make the training extremely varied. All in all, FlottFit can be recommended 100%.

Fantastische Erfahrung: EMS ... I thought nonsense. After the free trial training, I was convinced. The studio is clean, modern and the training equipment is state-of-the-art. No annoying cables. Easy to get to and plenty of parking space in front of the door. The trainer responds to the needs. But sometimes it is quite demanding and even though it's only 20 minutes, you know afterwards that you really did sport. The first successes can be felt after just a few weeks!

Fantastische Erfahrung: As a pain patient, I find this training extremely beneficial. Thorsten Wittman is so special and professional about my construction sites, sensitivities and ailments and thanks to this training I feel much better! I am convinced that the continuous build-up of the deep muscles will soon allow me to live with less symptoms. And with all this professional procedure, fun and humor are not neglected. Thank you thank you thank you! By the way ... the parking lots are ingeniously right in front of the front door.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great EMS training!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super effective workout. I was a bit skeptical at first, but after this trial session I am of the opinion that this type of training is ideal for healthy muscle building. The time you save compared to going to the physiotherapist or the gym is unbeatable. The muscles that are all trained there at the same time cannot be addressed with normal training. I can only recommend it to everyone to do a trial training session. You will notice it for yourself!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Today was my first contact with Ems. I was welcomed very nicely and punctually for the trial training and after a competent, professional briefing, it was off. I had imagined putting on the suit more difficult, but after a few minutes everything was fine. The first impulse took some getting used to, because I couldn't yet judge what it was. But after a few laps everything was ok. and the calming, competent manner of the trainer Thorsten was very helpful. You always had the feeling that everything was under control. The exercises were very intense and the time (unfortunately) passed quickly. I discovered muscles where I didn't even know the places before. All in all a great thing and a good addition to my endurance training. I am already very far with the "registration considerations" Many Thanks.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Servus, yesterday I was a guest at Thorsten Wittmann from FlottFit with my business partner. First compliment you find the shop and there is parking in the courtyard After getting to know each other for a short time, everything was right immediately. Thorsten, our trainer today, is a super personable guy, with whom you simply want to train. Then a short briefing and a check-up to see where our health is at the moment and where our goals are. The way of working here is really geared towards success! Then the training was really tough! Here I can only say come by and test it, it's really fun and Thorsten is personally at your side, a great advantage for me! 1 to 1 coaching! The devices are modern and cables run freely, I know from other EMS studios that they work via cables, so this method is much more pleasant. Fantastische Erfahrung: The EMS training at FlottFIT completely convinced me. Since I haven't been able to train as usual for a long time due to shoulder problems, I decided to test EMS. After a short time I was able to observe the positive effects on the muscles in general and after about 2 months of training my shoulder pain is as good as gone. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent support, the trainer pays meticulous attention to clean execution of the exercises. The training is therefore also ideal for people with health problems. It's also great fun!
