Fantastische Erfahrung: Friendly and clean studio, you are well advised and looked after. Anyone who has not trained with Mrs Sporty for a long time will be pleasantly surprised at how modern everything has become. You get access to a nutrition app. But I never have the feeling that the trainers are putting pressure on it. I like going to this studio because the short training session can be easily integrated into everyday life. Success has already been seen after the first week. Great! <3

Fantastische Erfahrung: I came to Mrs Sporty through my friend. A free 14-day trial session encouraged me to take a look at the studio. And what should I say? I'm excited. Actually, I wanted to get my back pain under control and sport was not part of my everyday life. But thanks to the individual training and the flexible times, after only a short time I really like being there and very regularly. The studio in Wald is always neat and clean. The owner and trainer is very nice and helpful. Since a "normal" fitness studio is not for me, I am particularly surprised at how pleasant the training and the atmosphere is only among women. It's just right for me!

Wer schon länger nicht mehr bei Mrs Sporty trainiert hat wird positiv überrascht, wie modern alles inzwischen geworden ist. Man bekommt Zugang zu einer Ernährungs-App. Ich habe aber nie das Gefühl, dass die Trainerinnen da Druck ausüben. Ich gehe gerne in dieses Studio, weil sich das kurze Training gut in den Alltag einbauen lässt. Schon nach der ersten Woche hat sich ein Erfolg gezeigt. Supi!

Now I really have the feeling that I am wanted and that people are interested in me and my goals, not just in my monthly contribution. Alternatives were offered during the lockdown. In addition to the app, which was always available, there was also zoom and outdoor individual training, I could even borrow the dumbbells for the exercises. The studio is bright and friendly. And above all, clean. The trainers are friendly, helpful and give good tips. Even when things don't go well, they encourage you. I think the price is reasonable for what I'm offered. I can recommend the studio with a clear conscience.

Here, great value is placed on a trusting atmosphere and represented by the fun of sports, the ease of personal achievement of goals. Training is done without equipment with effective functional exercises, which contribute better to everyday life and can be very efficient if done correctly. This is ensured by the trainers, who are always on site and correct their goals. You can barely compare Mrs.Sporty with other concepts ... it's just something completely different and here's the huge staffing and all-round service that counts. Anyone looking for sport, improvement in everyday life and / or agility and freedom from pain in old age, is exactly right here. Free trial training incl.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Hello Mrs. Sportys and those who want to become one! Am now since January 2019 and now become an inventory! Friendly trainers who always keep an eye on one - create individual training plans and also give good courses. The price (55 € / month in the annual subscription) is a bit high, but I feel well looked after and therefore it is worth it. There is unfortunately no shower, only two dressing rooms and a toilet. Would I still want a Nespresso or Senseo machine, that you can still sit cool down with your girlfriend on nen Käffchen. PS: Addendum April: Now there is also a Senseo machine - that's what I call customer service! Thank you.

With every training a motivated personal trainer is by my side and supports me with my Training. The courses are varied and structured. The coaches explain the exercises well and motivating. I like to recommend it !!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice coaches who support you in all areas. They are always there and they really want to help and motivate them. The training brings me to my goals and I enjoy. You should just test it. The 30 minutes are also a clear advantage :-) Courses are great and I can finally park without any problems. There are no showers but most of them take a shower at home anyway. If you do not have a problem then that is worth mentioning. I am satisfied with everything. Thanks to the nice girls!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I had problems with my figure and was often too lazy to do something, but thanks to the friendly and committed team of trainers who always motivated me to train, I was able to lose 15 kg in a year. I can warmly recommend Mrs. Sporty in Wald for all those who don't dare to go to a classic gym (e.g. MCFit). The best thing is that as a member you don't have to worry about anything except your training your program i adapted to your wishes and the trainers are always behind. With a membership you can switch between Ohligs & Wald :)
