Fantastische Erfahrung: After 5 years I trained in 3 discount studios. These are often so full that you can't see your hand in front of your eyes in the dumbbell area, the staff is overworked there, and you have to bring a lot of specialist knowledge with you personally, as more than one new training plan with one hour of supervised training per year is not possible in the rule. In the best case scenario, questions are answered briefly and concisely. For this you pay 20 € and you know exactly that you only get that for your money. Here I pay a little more than double, for a friendly atmosphere in the gym, for the fact that it is never too crowded, for trained coaches who take a lot of time and have always been friendly towards me until now. This gym is not really comparable to a discounter studio like FitX, because it is primarily designed for athletes with certain ambitions. For example, I have a shoulder injury that has to be looked out for. In my case, the exercises built into the training plan were more effective than the exercises prescribed by the various doctors. In the actual sport I do, by the way, I am already much more productive than before the injury! I feel very comfortable here and can only recommend this gym for ambitious (strength) athletes!
