Fantastische Erfahrung: I recently saw an advertisement on the social media page "Instagram", which resulted in an older problem of mine. These are the very negative impressions from Jumpers' customer service. Since the pandemic began, it was only possible to visit the gym to a very limited extent, if it was possible at all. The money for the monthly subscription was still collected, which I can't explain. Even after countless attempts to contact us to cancel the subscription, there was no ray of hope and the money is now gone. However, the fitness studio itself is a very nice one with a large range with a large variety of devices, so I still give it 2 stars instead of one. Kind regards, Michael ~ DISCLAIMER: The Jumpers is in itself a top fitness studio and in my opinion the best in Weiden and the surrounding area. My negative attitude is completely related to the online service.

Fantastische Erfahrung: A relaxed and familiar atmosphere awaits you here. We usually train at another Jumpers gym and stayed here as we were visiting Weiden. We were warmly welcomed and advised. The studio is very nice and practical. The studio is also very clean. All in all highly recommended.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Jumpers is a really nice and clean gym. The employees are super nice. Even on a Sunday morning on a bank holiday you get a smile. The studio is well equipped, there really is something for everyone. And even if you don't feel like training, a visit to the collagen lounger and the really relaxing massage lounger is always worthwhile. For me the perfect place to do something for me and my body.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I had had various subscriptions here over the last few years and never had any problems. The staff were always friendly and helpful. When asked about exercises, I was watched to check and corrections suggested if necessary - but never arrogant/know-it-all. Devices are available in different variations and are in good condition. The selection might be too small for some, but I think it should be enough for the majority of people. Personally, I recommend the monthly subscription, possibly discounted in one campaign.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been training here for a number of years, I'm always very satisfied. The devices are beautiful and something new is bought on a regular basis. The free weight area is also good, but there is only one power rack and one deadlift platform, which causes problems at peak times. The cardio area is also quite nice, but I'm not personally interested in it. I would especially like to highlight the friendliness of the staff. You are always welcomed and said goodbye properly, if problems arise, they are resolved quickly and accommodatingly.

You don't get full text unnecessarily, but you can always ask someone if you need something. There is really nothing to complain about. The devices are modern and effective. In terms of cleanliness, there is actually still some room for improvement. But it's not as dirty as some claim here. I don't really care about the fellow trainers, but they are mixed and mostly friendly.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Cool little studio, very good equipment from LifeFitness. Very clean and tidy. I can imagine it is very busy at peak times, I was there around 9:00 p.m., when it was almost empty. I highly recommend it. Day ticket costs 8 euros, which is also perfectly okay.
