Fantastische Erfahrung: Very good gym with everything you need for muscle building and cardio equipment. A diverse range of different courses is also available. The sauna with indoor and outdoor area ensures relaxation.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I love this gym! It's unpretentious, yet has all of the equipment you could ever want. The staff is very helpful – they made it easy to get a membership as an expat, which I appreciate hugely as the paperwork to achieve anything as a foreigner is a usually pain.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Super studio, a real value-for-money. Everyone who complains can pay 60 or 80 € instead of 30 €. The trainers are competent and the studio is clean!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very pleasant team. Good advice! I have a serious back injury and am super cared for the bodybuilding. Not too full. Perfect location. Sauna after training is great. I do not use courses yet, but there is a large selection. Recommended !!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Was only a short time, funded by the health insurance, in various REHA sports courses, in the studio. Can only say, eat everything there what the athlete's heart desires. Many used devices, such as ergometers and Co were particularly interesting for me. From the courses, also much is offered. Is just Wiesbaden, but otherwise were all, to me old fitness u. Martial artist, understanding and nice to me. The best part was, that during the rehabilitation courses the complete facility with courses was allowed to use. That took once even, already 5 weeks. Unfortunately, my progressive multiple sclerosis has made it difficult to negotiate stairs. Otherwise, gladly again!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Old school gym with aged equipment but it's great. There are a bunch of gyms in the area that are overpriced but not this one. Plus you can walk up to any trainer in the gym to have them check your form or explain equipment and they will. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I've become a member just recently. The gym is centrally located but has no parking. A bit shabby but that is compensated by a varied choice of classes and great instructors. I don't use machines, so can't comment on that aspect of the gym.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Great gym, was 3 weeks in Wiesbaden, friendly staff and cheap, paid 5 € / week.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Small and fine studio with sauna and Ruhebereixh. Nice staff and except in the evening very quiet. Not too many canoes that cause stress such as in mc fit.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Inexpensive studio, also offers everything you (s) / woman can wish for. I have been there for almost 6 years and very satisfied. But as Tali sien already wrote: Make yourself a picture and evaluate what you are experiencing there, not what others are reporting. Everyone has their own - certainly true - perception and should rely only on this one perception. Only my opinion!
