Fantastische Erfahrung: I love training with Oli and Laura. It's super varied, very effective, you reach your limits and grow beyond yourself. The courses are divided in such a way that everyone from beginners to advanced can train according to their fitness. If you can't do an exercise, you get an alternative right away. The needs of the individual participants are always taken into account. You're not just a number, you're part of a team. I can only recommend it!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Oli and Laura are THE coaching team you want! Each individual training session is individually designed and perfectly tailored to the fitness level of the participants - simply ingenious for every CrossFit lover! The training rooms are optimally equipped and offer an absolute feel-good factor. The motto “train once with professionals” is lived here and you feel in good hands with the trainers as well as with the exercises and training sessions. I always enjoy coming to training!
