Fantastische Erfahrung: The Carisma has become my life...Here I can live out my love of weight training to the fullest!!! The Carisma is not just a studio...it has become a home for me...nice people, good equipment and the boss is not only boss and trainer, but also a friend who always has an open ear.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The time has finally come, the studio has almost no restrictions after this difficult time. For us everything, really everything that was possible was given during this time. More is not possible and everyone is responsible for their own well-being. I am happy that I can finally do something for myself again, and only for myself, without doing justice to anyone or meeting expectations. Sport clears my head, relaxes me and gives me strength. The team also contributes to this with friendliness, honesty and motivation, I feel very comfortable. Here I can be ME without being a top model. Nice that YOU exist

The fitness studio has sufficient training space. There is enough equipment for the most varied types of training. There is also a relaxation area with a sauna.
