Fantastische Erfahrung: Hello Viola, hello Christian, today I thank you for everything. In almost 22 years of back training, no two practice lessons have been the same. The "lessons" were always equipped with new exercises that were also tailored to our condition. For me, our “school lessons” in the garden are especially nice. But also thank you for giving us flexibility and joy with your sporting efforts through the not easy time of the pandemic. All of this deserves the grade 5 (Google) or school grade 1. Fantastische Erfahrung: For several years I have been taking part in Christian's weekly back exercises course. It is always good for my back and my well-being. I attribute this to the following factors in particular: - Christian has a very high level of expertise, he explains the effects, which should be achieved by the respective exercise and works very sensitive to individual problems. - The atmosphere in the group is very pleasant, and for what good Christian's humorous dealings with us contribute. - Just the view from the gym in Viola's is excellent designed garden of Villafit is worth participating in the course: :). I also rate it very positively that the transition from the classroom course to the zoom course went smoothly during the corona pandemic.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Villafit - the health center in Ahrensburg: the name says it all. Viola and Christian Hinner love their job. And you can feel that with every training session. I am very happy to have found Villafit. Whether back training, hatha yoga, prevention courses, spinal gymnastics or Nordic walking - the offer is very diverse. A wonderful place for body and mind. Fantastische Erfahrung: A fantastic ambience in a stylish old villa. Very nice trainers, who bring additional relaxation with your sense of humor. This is how yoga and a number of other fitness classes are really fun. I feel in good hands here and I can warmly recommend this studio with a clear conscience.
