Fantastisches Erlebnis: Great gym, and one of the few that, in two decades in army gyms has made the common sense decision to be open after hours to adults. Maurice is great. NOTE, no boots in there gym, in an effort to keep motor pool oil off of mats. Bring a change of shoes.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: The gym has about everything you'd want, staff is good and the hours are fair. The only thing I'd want to see is a bicep curl spot for barbell. Have to improvise a bit for that right now but it's no biggie.

Positive Erfahrung: If you enjoy lifting free weights this place is very limited. The basketball court is fairly nice and it has a good amount of cardio equipment.

Positive Erfahrung: Really good size center with lots of activities. Parking can be a bit difficult as they share the lot with the bowling alley. They have a large basketball court, weight room, cardio room and a room for parents with small children it has a gate area for kids to play.
