Fantastische Erfahrung: I am very satisfied, I feel that I am in good hands and can only recommend it. I started years ago due to health issues. This has improved quickly and steadily, due to the great and individual advice and support. The Cardioscan and the training units tailored to it were also convincing. Unfortunately, I then dropped out due to Longcovid, after which I had to start from 0 again. But even now I feel motivated by the great support and the encouragement.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I had a day pass, which was great value for money. Was able to train twice within 24 hours and the treatment in the studio was super nice. Also top equipment!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The Pump and Jump gym is a very nicely furnished sports studio, with the latest technology and a fairly large SPA area where everyone gets their money's worth. The devices are all clean and hygienically perfect, you rarely have that! Groups are offered almost every day and completed with first-class trainers. The trainers are consistently competent and understand their work! If you have any questions, just speak up and you will immediately get the help you need or who likes the right drill (drive) you need. I really liked the E Gym circuit because the equipment adjusts itself to the person who is training. Sitting position as well as the weights and strengthens the body ️‍♀️ after a short time. After two weeks I felt much better than ever before! The warming up and running out is easy and you can even watch TV! So the excuse counts, "then I won't miss my favorite series" . The weight lifters also get their money's worth and can use different devices and weights. As well as on a functional tower where you can do different exercises. After training, you can freshen up again and take a pleasant shower. If you really want to sweat without exercising, you can simply go to one of the saunas or you need a holiday feeling under a solar bench and enjoy the time out. You can also cool off with a tasty shake or other drink at the gym bar. My conclusion 5 of 5 stars verdient absolutely deserved! I would love to come here and keep going! Great pump and jump team
