I check in there 6-7 times a week and enjoy the diverse course program, my own strength training plan tailored to my needs, or let the sweat run its course in cardio training or a personal trainer unit. When it comes to nutrition, I get the best information there and support to achieve my goals. ———————————————————————————— Best studio, checking in there is like coming home. Great course program, always challenging events and courses. Super training areas, for all areas and therefore something for everyone. Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been in the Nidda Health Park for ages, and I went along with the whole development (at that time under a different name and different buildings). I would never go anywhere else. The health park is not only the best equipped gym in the region, but also simply family. The selection of devices is large and only high quality devices can be found. It is very clean and even in the current situation, great attention is paid to hygiene. There is a huge range of courses and numerous other things in diagnostics (body analyzes, stress tests, etc.) and there is also a sauna. There is always a good atmosphere there and we always work to keep it that way. Recently there was a new seating area to enjoy the protein shake. And now for the most important thing; If you need something, just ask; someone always takes time for you.

Positive Erfahrung: Ich bin hin und her gerissen. Pros: - super Ausstattung - sehr sauber - groß und klimatisiert Contras: - so gut wie jede Interaktion mit den Trainern endet damit, dass versucht wird einem irgendwas zu verkaufen. Es finden Pseudokurse / - trainertermine statt, die nur ein Ziel haben - Ihnen noch etwas anzudrehen. Das wirkt sich natürlich auf das Vertrauen den Trainern gegenüber aus, weil man schnell den Eindruck hat, dass alles was sie sagen bzw vorschlagen auf Zusatzverkäufe abzielt. Aber an sich gehe ich dort gerne hin, weil mir die Ausstattung zusagt.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Ich bin schon 16,5 Jahr in diesem Studio. Finde es gut. Falls es Probleme...Unklarheiten gibt, kann man es ganz einfach ansprechen und klären. Man muss nur darüber REDEN!!!

With the new extension and the associated new rooms and equipment, everyone can really find "their" area. In my opinion, the range of courses is unique and varied in the area. I started training there after my first pregnancy (2013) and I am completely satisfied with my physical development and performance. For me the best studio by far!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I have been training in the health park in Nidda since the beginning of December. I have rarely felt as comfortable in a "gym" as here. You come in, are greeted friendly and just feel good. The selection of training equipment is very good, there is a free weight area then an egym circuit, various elliptical cross trainers, the milon circuit, treadmills, stretching circuit, special equipment for back exercises, two training rooms for various courses or seminars, tables where you can also have a shake or a coffee can drink and a wellness area. In addition to a sauna, this area also includes 2 HydroJet massage couches and 2 light therapy benches. Come in, arrive and feel good is the motto here. The courses offered range from yoga, body balance, body combat, jumping, Sh'Bam to BodyPump. The support for both the individual training and the courses is first class and you are always given competent and friendly help with "problems" or questions. I also love the different training methods, such as the EMS offered or the Galileo vibration training or the opportunity to train with a SimplyBelt. As a training starter, you attend a training control seminar in which the topic of effective training and support during training is brought closer to you. I am convinced of the studio and can recommend it to everyone with a clear conscience!
