Fantastische Erfahrung: I'm excited! Great people, great coaches. Care is taken to ensure that every movement is carried out cleanly. The TRX attachment is my absolute highlight and I've never seen it like this before. This means that I can perform the movements even more cleanly and really get down to the squad! Thank you for your motivation, I needed that after such a long break. In addition, very clean studio and Corona compliant!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I feel very well looked after by really competent, expert trainers. Each training is varied and requests are always taken into account. With the newly installed TRX bands, training is even more effective and incredibly fun.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Very nice and experienced staff. A big advantage over many other providers is the support of a maximum of 2 customers per training. Great location with free underground parking spaces.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I can only recommend the training. In 20 minutes a holistic training is carried out, which is tailored to my personal performance and with regular training (I try to do it once a week) I started to achieve success very quickly. As a result of the new management and the redesign of the EMS Lounge, I think it has become even better. A pleasant atmosphere and trained staff have created a great and professional environment in the newly designed EMS lounge, where I feel in good hands. Extended opening times, come in handy as a working person. Whether by phone or simply by WhatsApp or email, you can easily make appointments, which also helps me with my tight time frame. I also find the parking spaces in front of the lounge practical. All in all, I am thrilled and can only recommend it.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Absolutely top - everything just fits: - Super trainer - Really nice ambience - clean, modern & well-kept And of course the most important: Great training effects, thanks to the EMS training technology and the always motivated & motivating trainers. I really enjoy being there because I get great body feeling and muscle building combined with compact training times (1x per week 20 minutes).
