Fantastische Erfahrung: The better gym for women of all ages. Today I did my trial training, it was a very pleasant atmosphere and I felt that I was in very good hands, because my needs were taken care of here. There will soon be an additional weight room. The music is at a comfortable volume, there is a strong focus on togetherness, which is missing in most fitness studios: you are not a stranger here, people talk to each other, it is not too crowded and there are personal trainers who really( !) respect, think highly of. There should also be a WhatsApp group where you can get up-to-date information, for example what exercises are currently in the foreground. I was still in my stomach, legs, buttocks period. That will probably change in the near future and then other areas will come into focus. So it doesn't get boring! You will also get good advice on the subject of nutrition, they also work with the company Kilos Adé (nutritionist), and when you register with WoXfit you get access here to take a look and get advice there. As for the next point, I'm not sure whether that's already the case or whether it's still to come, but we should cook together in the kitchen in the fitness studio. I think this is a great idea and I'm looking forward to being part of it! In summary, I can only say: it is better than any fitness studio that I have come across, far better than any chain, as it is very informal and neither overcrowded nor constantly occupied due to a good system and you get great advice. I can recommend it to every woman between the ages of 18 and 120 (for my sake) :) As I've heard, there are also women over 90 who go here regularly. This is a very beautiful thing!
