Positive Erfahrung: Maschinen die auf jeden Fall fehlen: -High Row !!! -Hackenschmidt !!! -(Pendulum Squat) -(90 Grad Beinpresse) -T-Bar (am besten mit Brustauflage!) -Beinbeuger im liegen -Eine normale Multipresse -Seithebemaschine von Lifefitness -Adduktor/Abduktor -liegende Brustpresse (vom feeling einfach viel besser als die im sitzen) -eine Bank mehr im Freihantelbereich wäre auch nicht schlecht -->Platz wäre vorhanden, es wird hoffentlich nachgerüstet. Immerhin haben wir bald 2023. Die Maschinen würden aus dem Gym eine absolute 10/10 machen.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The gym is clean, the employees are always friendly, the machinery is super well maintained. All in all a great gym. Definitely recommendable.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Today (Saturday 07.05.22) I was in the Fitness Future Springe. I felt very well taken care of, it's clean and there's a decent range of equipment. And I have to particularly emphasize the staff, especially Lea and Eugen. A real dream team! I can only strongly recommend it!

Fantastische Erfahrung: I am very enthusiastic. The price-performance ratio is very good. There is a very large selection of equipment and there is even a special area for women to exercise. My highlight is the punching bag I've never had in a normal gym before.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The opening times are just the way they are. With all the complaints you should remember that it must be worthwhile for the operator to have the house open for so long. This saves ancillary and personnel costs. I would rather accept limited opening times than stand in front of finally closed doors after a year. If that doesn't suit you, you can train somewhere else. Actually, there is enough time to train. If you can't find a free place there, you should perhaps think about your working hours. The variety of devices is very good. Instructions are available on request in a very friendly and competent manner. Showers, changing rooms, toilets are totally fine. I think the sauna is particularly good. You really get down there after training. There is now a button at the entrance to the sauna. If you press it, the sauna heats up to 90 degrees within 5 minutes. ATTENTION! At the moment the sauna is only open at certain times. It is probably little used in summer. This should be changed again with increased use. The drink dispenser is great too. There are even a few concentrates that you can add to the water. There is a lot of space spatially! It was also well used and equipped with modern exercise equipment. You really have an impressive selection to choose from here. The music that is played is also well chosen. That motivates a little more. Relaxing music is playing in the changing rooms. In terms of frequency, it can be said that it is busier in the evening than in the morning until the afternoon. So if you prefer it a little quieter, you should do your training before the evening. So far, none of the visitors have struck me negatively. Everyone was kind and respectful. Also an important criterion for me. So for me there is next to nothing to complain about. The only thing I would wish for were two pull-up bars on the wall in the upper area. Otherwise I'm really completely satisfied. Hope the studio stays with us for a very long time. That's why I try hard to motivate friends and acquaintances to take part instead of just complaining about opening times. Somebody here once had the courage to try something new and revive unused space. In times of dying small towns this is very brave and, in my opinion, well achieved.

Fantastische Erfahrung: If we are honest, far too much for jumping! :) Devices that are otherwise known only from America, in addition to multiple versions. Sauna and courses are also in the price, you pay nothing extra here. And no matter how full it is, the coaches always have time for one, it's neat and also has long opening hours even on weekends. Shakes and bars are often even cheaper because there are always some actions. Definitely the best gym in Springe and surroundings!

Fantastische Erfahrung: The Fitness Future is by far the best gym I've trained in so far. The devices are top and varied and due to the size of the studio it never seems crowded. The staff is very friendly and helpful, sanitary facilities and drinks machine very good - I find the prices for shakes, bars etc. fair, I'm glad that this studio opened! The only thing I would rate as negative is that the music is sometimes so loud that I hardly hear my own music via the AirPods: D

Fantastische Erfahrung: At first badly rated because of opening times, but I have to say that the fitness studio is an asset for jumping, so we give the whole thing a second chance with the hope of longer opening times, at least in the summer, because it is only later that we get watered due to the heat.

Fantastische Erfahrung: A well-done fitness future. The device selection is very diverse, especially the yellow devices are totally innovative; similar to the Greens. The changing rooms are a good size and the toilets new and clean. The beverage edition, especially water is now also without being depressed. The sauna is new and great. Only the showers are sometimes extremely cold, you should try, which gets warm. I am glad that there is such a good gym in Springe now.

Fantastische Erfahrung: A great studio and an absolute win for the city of Springe. Diverse and high-quality equipment selection and very nice staff. Although the displeasure may be great in some with regard to the shortened opening hours, I can not understand how the studio of the species can be valued badly. A fair assessment should perhaps take some other criteria into account.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Clean and well-kept studio with a nice layout and constellation of devices. Very nice staff who is always on hand with advice and action. The audience is mixed from young to old and male / female. It is a very pleasant environment and everything fits. Another plus is the drinks and shakes that are available on site. The selection is great and the taste too.

Fantastische Erfahrung: The best studio in Springe !! Lots of high quality equipment, nice staff and good offers (shakes, bars and drinks). An absolute asset for jumping. The other studios in Springe are nowhere near that. The opening times are perfectly fine for everyone.
