Fantastische Erfahrung: A few months ago I moved here from another studio in town and I feel incredibly comfortable! No Chi Chi, no bling bling, just nice people and trainers. Here I am always greeted by name and warmly welcomed. The kindness of the trainers alone always cheers me up and ensures that I come to exercise, even if I don't feel like it. The studio is super clean and there is a wide range of equipment.

I signed up spontaneously because I hadn't done any sport for a long time and had severe back pain (herniated disc) and a training plan was created for me by one of the competent trainers, who went through all the exercises with me individually. The plan is great for me and I feel better and fitter from time to time (the plan is changed together with the trainer as needed). The girls from the team are super friendly and there for me immediately if I have any questions and they take a lot of time for you. The selection of equipment is great, from endurance to strength (abs, legs, back, arms and buttocks), everything is there. The atmosphere is very pleasant and I couldn't have chosen a better gym

I never had such warmth in a gym :) in the courses it would take time to explain everything in detail, to offer options if you are going through operations e.g. is led and the trainers always came up to you to help and explain exercises. The device area may only be used after detailed instruction. But that is very positive for me. The studio is very clean, very warm, everyone is super helpful. :)
