Positive Erfahrung: Pleasant ambience, friendly and competent trainers, new, very efficient training concept with very detailed measuring and evaluation tools. The first EMS training took a bit of getting used to, but then the body felt great.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Have been there together since the opening and are still excited. The investment in an air conditioner was the last kick to be able to go to training in the hot summer months. Team is great and always finds the right approach. We were won over by the method with the electricity and the short time required. You can very well invest 20 minutes once a week, I never thought that I would let myself be electrified voluntarily and for a fee.
