Fantastische Erfahrung: The Ladyfit21 is highly recommended. I signed up for a trial session here and got an appointment very easily and at short notice. After a friendly welcome by a very nice trainer, who is also a physiotherapist, we discussed what training goals I have and what is important to me. After a short tour of the studio, I was allowed to warm up. In the meantime, a tailor-made training plan was created for me. The trainer explained the equipment to me in detail and precisely. She made sure that I was doing all the movements correctly and gave me precise instructions. She also explained why the individual training steps make sense for my needs. During my training, the trainer was ready to answer my questions without being intrusive. I feel very welcome and will definitely continue training here! Thank you for facilitating such a great workout and the happy and open-minded atmosphere! I highly recommend the studio!
