Even if you are a bit down for private reasons and the training is not going at all, the trainers have a certain instinct to get the members excited and motivated again for the training. For each member who has never been to the gym before, individual and, above all, needs-based training plans are written and, of course, discussed and carried out with the member. The old hands usually already have their own training plan in mind. The equipment instructions are given in a way that everyone can understand, by explaining the equipment, the correct execution of the exercises, what results the exercise can lead to and how the exercises should not be carried out under any circumstances. In addition, the execution of the exercises is demonstrated and it is always ensured that the members carry them out correctly. There are containers with disinfectant wipes for the devices throughout the studio, and you are always kindly reminded of their use. If necessary, the ladies have the opportunity to use the ladies' area, which is separated by a privacy screen. In the fitness studio there are 6 separate and lockable changing rooms where you can change undisturbed. There are enough clothes lockers to choose from. This could be locked with a small padlock if necessary. The studio has 5 separate showers, which can of course be locked. The hairdryers are freely accessible to everyone. The toilets are gender separated. You also have the option of using the Massade bed or one of 2 solariums. There are also various hot and cold drinks to choose from . Yes, in the past the studio didn't exactly shine with cleanliness, but this has really changed for the better in recent times. For me personally, the generally relaxed atmosphere in the studio is very important due to the different types of training (not just bodybuilders).
