Friendly and competent staff, everything is always clean and well-kept, the atmosphere is informal and relaxed. Here I can do everything, whether it's strength training, extensive stretching, great courses or relaxing in the beautiful wellness area. Here you just feel good and enjoy doing sports. I call it my personal luxury of wellbeing. Among other things, an individual training program is created for everyone, nutritional advice is offered and the training success is accompanied by regular body checkups. Courses are offered on the beautiful roof terrace when the weather is nice, you feel like you're on vacation, and this just invites you to c.

Fantastische Erfahrung: I am very satisfied personally. Both with the offer and with the concept of the women's studio. One is heard, one is seen and personal wishes and concerns are addressed. I think the concept of regular check-ups to see where you stand is particularly worth highlighting. One is close to the Kd. and ideally can see progress every 6 weeks, or discuss where you want to work on it next. You are not left alone. That's what I want from a professional studio. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The boss is indeed a man, but you can see that on the homepage and for me women fitness studio means that women train there and not that only women (from assistant to boss) are represented there. Apart from the fact that the owner has been working in the industry for years and is an absolute professional, especially when it comes to back issues. If one or the other lady is still uncomfortable, one of the trainers can always be booked for the appointments. :-) My rating is therefore TOP TOP TOP

Fantastische Erfahrung: I can not confirm the last comment. I am a student who trained really cheap and when I moved to Darmstadt, I made use of my special cancellation right without any problems. Was completely stress-free! So all-clear for all who choose the studio. Top for all who want to train well. Staff good, care optimal. P.S. Who does not understand that there is a booking interval of 4 weeks should be up to 28 times, since I was initially irritated but my entire time was done correctly! I also wished in Darmstadt such a well supervised studio M.M.
