Fantastische Erfahrung: I've been in Geesthacht for a quarter now and I really like it there. The concept is based on fitness and health. My times are very variable, morning, noon or evening, mostly 3 times a week. Since the opening times are limited here, I was immediately advised when I became a member that I could switch to Lüneburg or the new Gym Bardowick if I needed it 24/7. The times in Geesthacht are ideally suited and completely sufficient for my needs. What do I like: The people are all super personable. Great equipment, I like the e-gym equipment because it offers beginners and those returning to work a good overview and control, and staff also use them to return to work after taking a break. I myself have around 15 years of fitness experience, some of it was some time ago and some things have developed quite positively. In addition, great care, very personal and always friendly, requests, assistance and questions are dealt with if the time allows and sometimes between the door and the hinge. I also like the environment and the devices very much. Locks and towels, drinking bottles are available if required, the Corona service measures with cloths and disinfectants simply work well, most members wipe the devices immediately after use. For relaxation there is also a massage table, solarium and a very nice roof terrace, which I got to know together with Alex in the thunderstorm, had a quick look and then lightning struck a few 100 meters away with a deafening noise, we quickly moved away :) If necessary, the whole thing can be controlled and mapped completely digitally with apps. The training units, the dates, everything is visible, the E-Gym is tracked automatically, manual exercises can of course be added. @Alex: I tried the popcorn drink today ..., that's the first one that is actually better for me in the original and solid form in the cinema, we continue to test all through :)

The studio offers a super nice view - especially in the evening when the sun goes down - just awesome. It's a bright and light-flooded studio and that boosts my motivation even more. The changing rooms are large and nobody stands in each other's way and there is enough space to rest and relax after training. After several years of abstinence from sports, I found the way to a healthy life again and, both in terms of sport and nutrition, I found a way to bring my health back into shape. In particular, the really relaxed atmosphere, which is of course created by the increased membership price and, of course, the successful ambience, make for a training feeling that you won't find in "discounter" training sheds; It is always a good feeling even for the untrained (meanwhile I don't count myself any more), because nobody really cares how sporty you look, but that you want to be sporty. Success is guaranteed, because if you feel good, your body can develop properly. Correct training is also important here, and for this you need trainers who provide you with the right techniques AND respond to the needs of the customer. I started with Markus, who is now the head of the studio, and was able to celebrate my first major successes and have now been working with Hany for over a year. Both do their job exceptionally well. With Hany in particular, I've only really had positive experiences and we also get along perfectly on a human level. He is always in a good mood and can drive you to peak performance so that your muscles can be properly cared for! The other trainers are always nice and courteous and are there for you if you have questions. Most of the equipment in the studio is modern and as good as new. There is all the equipment you need. I am mostly in Gym80, so in the area of ​​weights, but an EGym and body-own training are also possible. There are new devices that are supposed to guarantee body measurements, but I'm still skeptical about the device. Nevertheless, the studio management is always trying to develop and to do the same with the studio. We will respond to suggestions from customers! The Elbfitnessapp is now also very nice and I like it very much. If you want to train with very good trainers, great equipment and a really great environment, with a preferably upscale clientele, you can find it here. The whole thing has its price, of course, but it is also justified. I can fully recommend this studio! You will hardly find anything better. Thanks to the Elbfitness team and especially to Hany!
