Fantastische Erfahrung: I had no experience with Crossfit and was a little put off by the weights at the beginning. The trainer's know-how, the variety in the joint workouts and the great atmosphere convinced me very quickly. I noticed an increase in performance (strength & endurance) after a short time, even though I liked to be active in sports even before I became a member. I also think it's great that all exercises are basically adapted or exchanged if you can't do something yet. So everyone - regardless of their fitness level - is optimally involved in the training.
