Fantastisches Erlebnis: I'm from the beginning and love this studio. Of course, nowhere in the world is it perfect and apologizes for wanting to be paid for a variety of services offered. Circle, sauna, bar area, weight room .... from the iron bender to the winter biker to the rehabilitation athlete, everyone will find their own individual area and personal care here. And if something does not work out, you can solve everything in a reasonable tone. And who really has something to say can do that under his name. I like to do it, come over, get your individual package tied up and go.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Hello everyone - I've known this studio for some time now and can only say that I've been training for more than 24 years now and you've never seen sports studios and pumper stalls in Germany around the world - I'm not so good anywhere in the world yet , competent, comprehensive and cordially advised and looked after. I will not leave here ... it feels like being in a family and not being any number that gets ripped off when you have the contract. The people are really hard ... if it is the service at the bar - the courses - the care on the area ---- unique. I also think the layout of the studio made great - really thoughtful. If you want to feel good - also relax and just want to be with "friends" who is right here !!!!! Personally, I regained my motivation to train again - after my herniated disc in my neck and a paralysis of the shoulder I was helped. Without these people I would probably not physically be where I am now - and the positive and great side effect that I have "almost" recovered my dream figure - lost over 13 pounds --- my way out of obesity; o) and see in the future I already have my SIXPACK !!!!! Conclusion - predicate: VERY RECOMMENDED

Fantastisches Erlebnis: A very friendly team, very willing to compromise and helpful. They always provide good advice and help without hesitation. The gym may not be the cheapest, but it is still worth the investment because everything around it fits. It's always clean, the members and trainers are always helpful and constantly motivate you.! The gym has top-notch drinks, and don't hesitate for drinks on the house either. The gym offers a more pleasant climate for working out because the equipment is not too close together as is the case in almost all gyms, so it doesn't feel overwhelming. In addition, you can also train here after the official opening hours have passed, as it consists of two departments, so to speak, which is not the case everywhere. There are simply many aspects why you should choose the Fit Up. When I moved there was also a termination of contract. Everything has always worked wonderfully. Thanks very much!

The course is a real highlight, we look forward to it every week. Anne makes it full of verve, highly motivated, varied. Always in a good mood, she gets everything out of us again after a long day at work, so that afterwards we are really exhausted and completely exhausted. The jumps are sometimes demanding, the pace sometimes fast, we are all not perfect, but Anne would never say a bad word about it. Since she is not the type for it.

I would like to contradict that: The course is always varied, planned with a lot of commitment and makes fun again and again. Anne is a very nice person without whom I would not go to class so often.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: I have been visiting the FIT UP Sport Center in Montabaur for about 5 years and have only had good experiences so far. The decor is good and the staff are very accommodating. I especially like that Jumping course with Anne, who is actually my main motivator to go to the gym at all. The choreo and the music are varied and are always changed. Keep it up!
