Fantastische Erfahrung: I have not regretted my spontaneous decision to become a member of the Center Sports for a single day! The staff are friendly, the trainers are great! If you have any questions, the trainers have an open ear and support where they can! I'm not just the member, my name is known!! I look forward to my training, whether free training or a course! The studio is clean and well kept with regular upgrades :) I feel completely comfortable and will continue to be a regular guest ❤️

At 6 p.m. spinning with Reiner ... a top class trainer !! Rhythmically motivating and mega-suitable music selection ensure that the sweaty training is simply a lot of fun. The driving is not over yet, it is already clear: I'll be there again next time! Finally, relax in the sauna and sanarium for the whole body. A relaxation room and a well-tended outdoor area round off the perfect afternoon at CenterSports .... Keep it up! Highly recommended. -

Fantastische Erfahrung: I was there for the first time 3 weeks ago. And right from the beginning, he was immediately enthusiastic. Because before the conclusion of the membership, a very detailed consultation was initially carried out, in which u.a. certain pre-existing conditions were addressed and taken into account. Then I was then shown the studio and the cleanliness and facilities is really excellent. At the following appointments a "test training" was completed and a complete body check was carried out, where i.a. Dysbalances of the various muscle groups were analyzed and the weak muscle groups were identified. The next appointment is then that a training plan is created, which specifically takes into account the weakened muscles. Besides, I can only stress that the whole team is very nice and competent and I feel very comfortable in the studio ... Finally my motitvation packs me again. Because until recently I was still a member of another studio, but there I was very demotivated and was not training for a long time, since here it lacked cleanliness and good care. It was the best step for me to switch to center sports. And I can only recommend everyone to sign up there. PS: To those who think this is a "courtesy rating" they are wrong.

Since then, my husband also trains regularly and motivated, which unfortunately was not the case before this studio! There is a very large gym with strength and endurance equipment divided into 2 rooms. The devices are therefore partially duplicated, which a Schlangestehe s.einer device actually impossible and the training itself, since everything is so beautiful large area, makes very pleasant. There is also a Spinnigraum. There is a Milonzirkel (force / Ausdauerzirkel), which one uses with a chip card on which all personal settings for each device (seat adjustment, weight, etc.) are stored. I just found that when I started training, because I was not so insecure due to a lack of training experience, thanks to the automatic presets of the devices. If that's not enough, it can work out nicely in the functional area and there is also a Power Plate, which can be used after previous instruction. In addition, different courses are offered at different times, so that a course can be found for each preference / available leisure without any problems. My husband loves to use the Better Belly, which has already effectively lost his waist. If that's not enough, there's still a Vaku-Walk to reduce the sizes & various great offers of nutritional advice. Whether young or old, ambitious athlete or cardio athlete, the members are mixed. And everyone started out small, so you do not have to be worried about looking awry in your first workout, as some people fear. And to the ladies among you who do not want to train with men because they are worried about getting them ... that will definitely not happen to you in this studio. There is also a tennis / badminton court, a sauna and a small spa / relaxation area. The whole staff from the front desk to the coach is also the greatest stress, always very nice and helpful. Also, you always get the feeling of being welcome, that my husband had not experienced in his previous gym. The dressing room, sanitary facilities and showers were completely renovated and modernized and have become totally stylish! What also positive to mention is ... there is more than adequate free parking in front of the gym! In short, who would like to have an all-inclusive package with perfect care at a great price / performance ratio, is just right! For us until now the best studio, which we can recommend without hesitation! Centersports has become our second home, which we do not want to miss! Keep up the good center sports! You are just great!

In addition to sport, it is a meeting place where I like to be as often as possible. Training conditions have continued to improve over the years. Here, a lot of money has been put in hand to offer the members optimal training opportunities. Stagnation is not known here! Also on the surrounding area such as The focus was on light therapy and wellness massage. I should also like to mention that there is also a very varied and extensive range of courses that are led by very good and motivated trainers.
