I've been a member there for 7 years now and I still love going to training 2-3 times a week. Since this only takes 30 minutes, it can also be easily integrated into a stressful everyday work routine. The training is individually adapted to your own needs and Silvia and her team are always at your side with advice and action, both with training and with nutritional questions, and always motivate you, even if you have a little slack. Even in the difficult Corona times, they did everything possible so that I had a sufficient training program available for me at home. They call regularly and ask how I am doing and how they can support me.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Training is also possible in Corona times! Outdoor and 1: 1 training in the studio take place in compliance with the AHA rules with the windows open. You can also train at home on your computer or mobile phone. Lots of zoom trainings and YouTube videos. I've been there for 1.5 years and completely happy. Great concept and very nice and competent trainers! Everyone is treated individually: Exercises are often adapted, food diaries are discussed, training successes are documented, lots of tips and tricks for exercise and nutrition ... If I am enthusiastic as a sports grouch, it is also something for every other woman.
