Fantastische Erfahrung: Recently started training in this studio. Do not understand that no more come here. The best care, especially for us older people. Very competent and very good equipment. Very good health concept, has already been to several rehab / health studios. Nowhere did I have this kind of support and flexibility. I can come and go from 6 a.m. if I want for the money. No studio for testosterone athletes, no rehabilitation sports or for health-conscious people who want to be flexible in old age. Everything very modern! I'm 58 and not the oldest. 85 years have been training here too. So all in all very good.

And if you don't feel like jumping, yoga and the like, you can let off steam in the studio on the new equipment and the cross-fit tower. Individual training plans are created, where the boss personally takes a lot of time. The boss and the Rosso team are always available for questions, nutritional problems and other problems. I like to come here. Convince yourself and come over. Everyone is welcome here ...
