Fantastische Erfahrung: Fast delivery, I was able to start very quickly. Ordered the wrong size. So I called customer service. I immediately received 2 suits to try on, got a return label and only had to send back the two wrong sizes. With the “right” suit, I was able to start training in the evening. A bit of getting used to the app and then started. It's a bit different than in the EMS studio, because the impulses are softer with the dry electrodes than with the wet electrodes. Nevertheless, I feel the impulses well. The wireless training is more comfortable than in the EMS studio because I can move freely. Cross trainers and back fitness are fun and effective, although less intense. But since I no longer have to book appointments in the studio, can even ride my bike outside with the suit (with a T-shirt and training pants over it :)) and can also train on vacation, I can stand the cutbacks because of the lower intensity. I'm glad I invested the money, the purchase pays for itself after a year.

Fantastische Erfahrung: Training with the suit is really, really good. You are completely free and can combine everything with it - from jogging to cycling or strength training to housework. After a year there were difficulties with individual zones, but remedial action was taken very quickly and unbureaucratically. Since I got a new smartphone, I'm even happier with connecting and operating it. This was often difficult or almost impossible with my OLD Android. I feel more independent of the times compared to the studio and if you do need guided training, eaglefit online offers enough options.

Fantastische Erfahrung: 2.5 months ago I received Eagle fit quickly and easily by post. I had previously trained with EMS in a studio, so the processes were familiar to me. I find the app intuitive and very easy to use. All major muscle groups can be individually controlled and I was able to increase vigorously very quickly. In other reviews I had read that the EMS device goes out during exercise due to involuntary contact. That never happened to me. The on and off button is a very pleasant touch switch that works great for me. As I have read in other reviews, some customers are annoyed by the term dry suit. That actually just means that you don't have to do sports in a soaking wet suit, which I find very pleasant. Of course, the pads conduct better when they are wet, but it is sufficient to warm up before exercise (as well as before any other sport) ... So I put the suit on before I'm warm and then there is no problem at all because it doesn't stick to the skin yet. In the suit I do squats for 10 minutes and then connect the device and it works perfectly! You can easily close it by pulling up on the long cord and pulling the lower part of the zipper down tightly with the other hand. I've been doing sports 2-3 times a week in the suit for almost 3 months and it looks like the first day. I still had to order a new one, which I'm very happy because the old one has become too big ... :) I haven't lost that much weight, but on the body fat scale I can see how the ratio of fat and muscle mass changes and you can see that too. Another nice effect ... no more back pain .. :) Eagle Fit is a great system with which you can really achieve goals even if you are 60 years old like me ... In addition, there are always immediate answers and solutions for all questions at this extremely customer-friendly company!

Fantastische Erfahrung: Absolutely perfect and ingenious EMS suit system. The EMS suit for the home is simply ingeniously planned and the price is unbeatable. All electrodes are integrated and you don't need any water. Put on your suit and training begins. The suit fits perfectly and does not interfere with the exercises. The app is downloaded to the cell phone (multiple users possible) and I control the strengths of each electrode myself. There are videos on YouTube to join in or pictures for exercises are enclosed. Even an anti cellulite program for endurance etc. is adjustable. So get dressed on your bike or for a walk. I am very enthusiastic.

So I could try both on again and see which one fits better. I've tried the suit a few times now. It now fits perfectly like a second skin (after exchanging M for S) and is super comfortable to wear. The EMS control unit (works via an APP) is in no way inferior to that in a professional studio. The strength of the current can be controlled individually on 10 parts of the body (or 20 on both sides) and provides strong stimuli for the muscles. It's nice that the suit is a dry suit and you don't have to put on soaking wet underwear. In contrast to some other providers, the number of trainings is not limited. You can train as often as you want and, if appropriate, have a partner train in the same suit. And something else very positive: eaglefit gives a 24-month guarantee on the suit and the POWERBox, and a 6-month guarantee on the battery. The battery is replaceable. Great training, everything new and wireless - now there's the full 5 stars and I no longer need a weight bench :) 20 minutes a week - I always have!
